You made it through 2015. You will start 2016 and you will be able to make it through. There is a lot of pressure surrounding the start of a new year, pressure to make yourself better, to do more, to change. Often that pressure can result in the oppose of what is desired. I ask you all to take a step back, to breathe and fully appreciate that you are here at the end of 2015 and that is incredibly wonderful. You may have relapsed, faced difficult times and generally be in a worse position now than you were at the start of the year but you are still here.

Take care of yourself, be kind, be a force of nature, be you. You will make it through.
