Today i will be sharing with you 10 of the most healthiest food. 

-Avocados
Avocados are very healthy for the fact that Avocados have 35% more potassium than bananas, They are very rich in vitamins B, K and E.
Avocados have also high fiber levels.
And yes...the rumors are true, avocados are high in fat but wait a minute.... its a good kind of fat!!!
Whattt!! Yeah!!!

-Kale:
kale is a cancer fighting family of vegetables as well as fiber and antioxidants also it is high in vitamin K.
** It is well cooked and in salads**

-Salmon:
Salmon is high in vitamin D and omega 3, which is good for your heart. Salmon also is known to help with premature brain aging and memory loss.

-Apples:
You know they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away! Apples are high in fiber. They are very easy to be bring with, easily portable as well as " the perfect dieting food"

-Sweet Potatoes:
They are not just tasty when cooked but they are also high in potassium, that reduces stroke risk. Also if you choose to eat the skin, it is loaded with fiber.

-Quinoa:
Quinoas are good with both rice and burgers, preferably veggie burgers. Quinoas are considered whole grain and is a good source of protein. They contain amino acids that help build muscle.

-Almonds:
almonds are very rich in protein as well as calcium and the heart healthy fat that you find in in avocado. A handful a day will decrease the risk of heart disease.

-Fat free milk:
Milk in general is a primary source of calcium for the average human but it also contains vitamin D which contributes to bone health. Eating and drinking low fat and non fat foods and beverages have been associated with having a less risk of having heart disease.
** add some low fat hersheys chocolate to alittle of the milk and stir it around, it makes a yummy after workout drink just to replenish**

- Dark chocolate
Dark chocolate is not just delicious but it is also packed with disease fighting antioxidants. These antioxidants can help lower risk of blood clots and lower blood pressure. Also a study shows that those who indulge in a little bit of chocolate maybe perhaps 5 times a week, tend to be slimmer than those who do not.

-Garlic:
Garlic is a disease fighter with vitamin E. Garlic is also very good for anti inflammatory problems. It has also been shown to lower cholesterol and blood pressure levels.
