Hi! Really quick set today. When you will be seeing this I am actually currently sitting at work right now and I had my sister Amelie log onto my account to publish this. ( @amelie-thomas THANK YOU). So this morning I decided to go for a nice walk. And before you guys freak out I have read guidelines for working out after birth. My 6 week appointment is coming up around 4 weeks, so he will give me an okay when I could get back to my normal workout routine. Anyways it said that if you were active during the pregnancy (which I was definitely was) then you can work out once you feel up to it, but gradually increase. So I have been going on 30-45 min walks every day. It feels nice and I have almost lost all of my baby weight. It didn't take long at all and I was surprised. So I hope everyone is having a wonderful day! I am dropping by after work to give Evelyn a little visit before going home and catching up on some tv.
