i made these yummy cookies a week ago, & we haven’t got many recipes yet, so i decided to share my peanut butter cookies recipe with you guys (: & this is not mine, it’s from a recipe book. it’s very simple & delicious!
NOTE ; the photo is not of these specific cookies, just similar ones.
PEANUT BUTTER COOKiES ♥ .
- 500g flour
- 125g sugar
- 125g peanut butter
- 100g butter
- 2 spoons of natural yoghurt
- ½ a teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 spoon of vanilla-flavoured sugar (if you don’t have it, just get a spoon of normal sugar & add 2 drops of vanilla food flavouring)
- a mixing bowl
- a spoon
- a teaspoon
- a baking tray
- an oven
O1. put all the ingredients apart from the flour into the bowl.
O2. knead & squish them together well.
O3. while still kneading, gradually add the flour to the mixture. when you finish, the dough should be fairly smooth.
O4. turn on your oven to 180 degrees C / 355 degrees F so that it can heat up.
O5. from the dough, make small balls about the size of a chestnut. then, flatten them so they are cookie-shaped (: but make sure they are not too fat, they should be about 2-3 millimeters thick.
O6. put the cookies on the baking tray. you will most likely fill up more than one.
O7. put the tray in the oven for about 15 minutes, but check up on them every so often. then, take them out, but don’t take them off the tray until they have cooled down, or they will break. they are softish when you take them out & will harden as they cool!
O8. put them onto a plate & eat them (: haha you can eat them alone, or with nutella ♥
DONE! haha hope you guys enjoyed that, & hope you actually use it, it’s delicious ♥ have fun (; & sorry i haven’t made a tip for ages, i am super busy, working on a polyvore handbook tip right now. kisses, julia - @summer-kisses xxxx
