Legendary shoe designer Stuart Weitzman was raised in the state of New York. Educated at George W. Hewlitt High School, followed by the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated in 1963.

Weitzman’s shoe designing penchant developed from his home in Massachusetts. The designer’s father had started his own shoe manufacturing business in the late 1950s, dubbed "Seymour Shoes." Upon the death of Weitzman’s father, Stuart and his brother took over the company, and it was during this period that the designer began to have more first-hand creative experience.♥

"Live fashion, love vogue"

"Live fashion, love vogue"

"The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It’s the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows & the beauty of a woman only grows with passing years."
— Audrey Hepburn
