That actually sounds fun, minus the painful ice, hah.
I should've done track/cross country. But it conflicted with Vollyball freshman year, and then when I switched schools I didn't think I'd make it. But I probably would've, looking back. And so I should've done it.
in highschool we'd have to do them the night before xc and track meets. we'd have ice parties and doing it as sa group was always so much easier. then the after the meets we'd do hottub parties. we are insane people.
Ab workouts are AMAZING. I did like 200 situps then like 18 other different things. Ahhh but nothing will ever remove my Greek butt. Or chest. Thanks mom.
lol at cops running with him. it was a charity run or something right? which is really cool. ummm. lets just say that i know a guy in this room with me with better arm muscles than that. HAHA. and i'm sorry but pink doesn't really look good on him. haha. and underarmour tanks help you so much better running. while the sweat is mildly attractive on any guy, when you run it isn't good to have it sticking to you.
