After what he described as a heavy fall season, Alexander Wang was after something light and delicate for Resort. Continuing with his model off-duty tailoring, he nevertheless offered a relaxed, easier, less conceptual mood. Much less sportswear than his latest runway shows, his coolly urban pieces never looked as though they were trying too hard. In terms of colors, the designer further explored his classic shades of black, cream and nude. Once again he proves to have the ultimate handle on cool. 2013 Resort collection.
