    Design by Alvar Aalto, 1952.The fitting was nicknamed K?sikranaatti (in English- Hand Grenade) and first used for the Finnish Engineer's Association and in the council chambers at S?yn?tsalo Town Hall.The A110 was designed to act as a spotlight providing direct illumination, with a little bit of indirect light coming from the top of the shade. Available in white or black lacquered aluminum with removable polished brass ring. Equipped with 8.2 feet of field cuttable cord. Canopy and cord color coordinate with pendant finish. The A331 pendant or the Beehive is 13 inches in diameter of layered painted white matte steel with chrome or brass accents. The effects are sculptural and decorative when lit or unlit. Uses 11W E27 (compact fluorescent) or 60W E27 (incandescent) bulbs and comes with 8 feet of white cord.
