ATCs were popular on polyvore a few years ago. Let's bring them back with some new ATCs. They are miniature collages of a mixture of vintage, eclectic & abstract images, usually no larger than a baseball card. 2 weeks, 3 limit, 12 winners. Looking forward to your creations!!
