I found some beautiful inspiring sites and I have to share them with you:

The quiet place project...OMG! These brought me to tears, there are 3 parts just google them:
The quiet place, a place which tells you to shut everything off put your headphone in and just relax and you listen to beautiful music.
Then there's The thoughts room, and I love it, it made me cry. in a good way! It guides you through it, then you type in your thought and in the background stars turn to your letters and explode and your words fall to the ground beautifully, no one can see what you type and it's just an amazing idea.
Then lastly theres the dream room, you can write your dream in, and they won't be shared with anyone, then you can create milestones on how you feel which again won't be shared, then they have this beautiful place called the comfort room where you write something thats troubling you and anyone can answer, you don't know whose answering, they don't know who you are and it's amazing.
