Cubism meets origami in striking prints by contemporary artist Rob Delamater. Inspired by the medieval architecture of Aubazine Abbey, Delamater combines antique paper collage, printmaking and painting to explore its geometric forms. He discovered Aubazine while reading Coco Chanel's biography; the fashion icon spent her childhood as an orphan at the French abbey, an experience that later influenced her design work. Prints are inspired by the 12th-century Cistercian Aubazine Abbey in Corrèze, France. Series consists of three different prints. Printed on fine art cold-press paper. Painted black wood frame.
