❖ Keira Graham
from: aberdeen, scotland
status: middle-class commoner
Quiet little Keira, probably one of the prettiest and brightest students at La Sorbonne; however her shy nature causes her to blend in to the backdrop. From a well-to-do Scottish family, Keira really is just an average girl who just happens to have a genius IQ. She has always focused more on her studies than on a social life, and never really had close friends or relationships. A good book is all the friendship Keira needs. However when she began tutoring Marie a few months ago, she ended up befriending the party princess of France completely by accident. Marie sees the beauty hidden in Keira and she is determined to bring it out, and what a more perfect place than the wedding court. Keira is a bit nervous, she has never experienced royalty beyond Marie and the other girl there she really knows is Astrid. Who knows though maybe this experience will be good for her, and loosen her up a bit.

1) Ok tell us about your past, where do you come from?
Oh, hello, I’m Keira Graham, and I guess I’m just another average student, currently studying at La Sorbonne. I come from Scotland as you may’ve understood from my accent. I hope my talk doesn’t sound confusing to you (*laughs nervously*)! But back to the question … Well, I am an only child, but my parents didn’t let me to become spoiled, I had to work for what I wanted. They always encouraged me to learn something new and be interested in what is happening around me. I guess that is why I’m always buried in books… I’m sure they didn’t know that I will become a bookworm, haha! They’re nice and hard-working people, though, and actually really proud that I’m studying abroad at the Sorbonne.
2) How do you know Marie, or if you don't what are the circumstances around you being invited to the wedding court?
This is a funny story actually! I never thought that someday I will meet Marie, the princess, the more befriend her! At least I think I can count her as a friend, we get along really well… We met at our university. A few months ago Marie needed some help with her studies, so I was asked to become her tutor. We started to get along really well; Marie’s personality is really interesting. I find it odd that I am invited to the wedding, though; it makes me nervous … It took me some time to get used to that I’m talking to a royalty and now I know Marie, but there will be more royalties at the wedding.
3) Can you tell us a few personal strengths and weaknesses?
Strengths … strengths … I’d say that I have amazing memory. It’s rather helpful to be able to keep a lot of facts, information in mind. I’ve always been interested in learning and finding something new. I guess that’s why learning comes easily to me. Also, I consider myself as a good and loyal friend. My weakness is clearly my shyness. It’s difficult for me to open up to other people, to communicate with new people, express my opinion etc. It’s a miracle that I’m talking to you without stuttering!
4) What are you most looking forward to about moving to Versailles and taking part in court?
I don’t know! I’m so nervous about it and afraid that I won’t fit there. I’m sure it will be an unforgettable experience to attend that wedding, to see Versailles, to meet all those elegant people from higher class. It will be like a totally different planet to me, seriously. As if like I'm in a book, and I’m one of those not very important characters, but still ... there ... somewhere ... wandering around those spacious and beautiful rooms and halls.
5) What is one thing the world should know about you?
Aristotle once said,” Happiness depends upon ourselves.”. I try to live by this quote.
(out of character)
1) Why did you choose this character?
I chose Keira because I felt some kind of a connection with her character. I’m also this shy type of a person, who hides behind books, doesn’t really have a social life etc. :P She sounds really sweet. Keira also has some kind of a goal that she’s fighting towards and one day she will most certainly reach it, because she is a smart girl after all.
2) Can you honestly be active?
I’m not in any other Polyvore RPs, but school can be a killer sometimes. Despite that, I think I can stay active.
3) Why should we choose you for this character?
I think I’d be able to stay close to Keira’s character; I already like her that much. The idea of this role play is really interesting and the RP itself is well thought out, so I’d really like to be a part of it. :)
