Balloon inspired Outfit

Outfit inspired by the pastel and sweet look of balloons. The belt is meant to be wore on the waist band of the skirt or on the changing fabric line on the dress. Brooch is worn on the collar of the blazer. the skirt and the shirt can be changed to the dress. I hope this has inspired you too!
