Basket Weave Sandals-Seersucker-Chambray

The Basket Weave Sandals are nothing more than the Whistlestop footbed with a new design on top, in other words consider them really comfortable. I put them on and could have not taken them off the rest of the day. I had tried the Whistlestops from 2010-2011 and they didn't work out for me because they were too tight across my toes (I don't have a wide foot). I don't have that problem with these shoes. The thin leather straps seem to be more accomodating. Also, I have a 10" long foot and my regular size 9 are a perfect fit, no excess footbed to spare. The color is an orangey-brown leather, leaning more to orange. Usually I don't like this color against my super white skin but that should change quickly as the summer goes on. I do wish they came in a light shade of tan. As usual, the biggest drawback is the price tag but they are definitely under consideration for full price; they are really comfortable and go with most all my casual outfits.
