Wear light color loose fitting filmy clothes. A straw hat hides the fact that your hair is flat and sticking to your face. Wear fabulous shades! A stack of bangles add drama but not a lot of heat holding weight. Drink lots of water all day. Put freshening items in your tote. I like a wet washcloth in a zip lock bag. Look good even on a hot day!
