Hey guys, SO SORRY I haven't been making sets, I've just been so busy with school and I haven't even had any ideas!! 

so these are little snippets of advice that is guaranteed to make you HAPPIER! 

1. DO WELL iN SCHOOL
Bringing home good grades and being a good student always puts a smile on your face. Its such a confidence boost!

2. GET SOME COMPLiMENTS
I always like to get at least one compliment a day. It doesn't always happen, but if you do something, ANYTHING that someone appreciates, good. for. you.

3. TAKE iN PRAiSE
It's totally fine to be modest, but if a teacher praises you on your work or a friend is wowing at your outfit, don't reject it saying "oh, you're just saying that" or "nah, not really". Without being too conceited, simply say "Thanks!" 

4. FANGiRL
Sounds weird, huh....what I mean by this is have something you are OBSESSED WITH. Like for me, One Direction. They are something that totally lights up my life and gives me hope. It could be anything really, even a book, like Hunger Games. Having a healthy obsession is awesome!

5. DRESS YOUR BEST
Never, ever just throw on a pair of sweats because you're too lazy. I always regret not putting effort into myself. Dressing well and presenting yourself the best way possible is key.

5. BE NiCE TO OTHERS
If you are just a NICE person and don't bad talk people, they will almost always like you. You can't please everybody, but being nice to everyone is a pretty good start. I have never really had the problem with people not liking me, because I'm nice to them. I usually win them around just by being nice if they don't like me.

6. NEVER GiVE UP
No matter how frustrated you are, don't give up. You can take a step back from whatever it is that is stumping you, but you will regret not even trying. I tried out for the volleyball team this year and didn't make it, but I'm so glad I kept going to try-outs even though I thought I wasn't going to make the team. I actually ended up loving volleyball. So DON'T GIVE UP!

7. PUT iN ALL YOUR EFFORT
Put effort into everything, even things that seem stupid to you now. Don't take short cuts, because its so much more rewarding.

8. PETS
Pets are awesome. They are a companion to talk to, to cuddle with, and to love. The best part is they are always you're friend, no matter what. 

9. EXCERCiSE
excercise, no matter how you get it, its so important. It releases endorphins, which makes you happy! It also keeps ya healthy and fit, plus more comfortable with your body because you are maintaining it.

10. EAT HEALTHY
Fatty foods put you into mood swings, but eating healthy is soo freaking nice. If you do it the right way, you feel great about yourself for accomplishing a good diet.

11. GOOD FRiENDS
Make sure your friends don't cut you down. If everyone, and I mean everyone, in your group is trustworthy and nice, stay where you are. If not, move around until you are comfortable.

12. PLAY AN iNSTRUMENT
Studies show that people who play instruments or who are involved with music are not only smarter, but happier. Cool, right?

13. ELIMINATE 'CHORES'
If there are any activities you do that feel like a chore to do, cut them out of your schedule and do something new and exciting.

13. READ
Reading is amazing....it is so relaxing. It is one of those things where it feels like such a chore thinking about it, but once you do it, its fun! 

14. CUT OUT SCREENS
Give yourself an hour or so on the computer/t.v. too much screen time makes you INSANELY grumpy (i speak from experience)

15. LOOK AT THE GLASS HALF FULL
Be optimistic!
