I've noticed how many girls can't find the right balance of exercise and dieting to fit their lifestyle and still be happy! This is really upsetting! You can stay fit and healthy without consuming your life with it! 

O1. WRITE IT 
Write down where you are and where you want to be. This could be a size or weight or to just be healthier. Look back at this in a few months and see where tou got! O2. EXERCISE Everyone needs a moderate about of exercise. This can be walking the dog, or an actual daily workout. Try workng on one target area, like your stomach or thighs. I personally do 20 crunches and 20 squats before I go to bed, and try to walk as much as possible. 

O2. EATING 
Try not to eat tons at once, or skip meals! This messes up your metabolism and you will GAIN weight! Try eating small meals throughout the day. For example, 7:00 - orange & strawberries 
10:00 - crackers and peanut butter 
12:00 - cheese quesedilla 
3:00 - pita chips and your fav dip 
6:00 - half of a griled chicken breast 
Also, stay away from premade foods and "junk food". Find a balance that's best for you and your life! 

O3. STRESS 
Either you have a lot of stress or you get stressed about dieting, you need a realease! Take a bubble bath or maybe hit the gym. Use stress and anger to your advantage, use it to motivate you to do better and NOT give up! 

O4. HYGIENE 
Okay, this is obvious, but personal hygiene effects your mood. I'm homeschooled, and the days I actually get up early and get ready I feel more awake and ready to conquer algebra & chemistry instead of trying to sleep through class! 

O5. MOTIVATION 
This is importat and this simple, they did it, so can you : just google "celeb weight loss" It's all about finding the right balance for YOU!
