i absolutely love f. scott fitzgerald. he always makes me feel something and it's almost terrifying how he seems to know me even better than i do.
anyway, i saw the curious case of benjamin button not too long ago and while the short story and movie were not so similar in plot, it undeniably had the essence of it (although, in all honestly, the short story was a little too cheesy and sentimental) and i must say, it was one of the most humbling, thought-provoking, breathtaking, tremendously touching movie experiences i've had, ever. there were tears in my eyes within the first fifteen minutes. seriously, it was spectacular movie.
