Okay, the rules for this contest are simple: Make a set revolving around the 2001 Baz Luhrmann directed film, Moulin Rouge! It can be a subtle nod, like colors used in the poster for the film and nothing else, or be a grand tribute, using anything and everything Moulin Rouge! I don't care.
