If Big Vicki Talks

If Big Vicki Talks
This is what it feels like in therapy when I try to talk about the truth.
Help me trust me. Please.

This is a powerful set, am thinking of you.....As healing continues, more truth will come out, and you will be able to speak it. Lots of love, Joy

well expressed! the important thing is that you KNOW how you are feeling...you aren't floating away from it. have you shared this with your t? or maybe print out this set and show him/her. it's very powerful with those silencing messages. it looks like the person in black with finger to lips is creating the spinning, blurring, silencing. perhaps she is showing us/you who she is and her job. Help her and the rest goes away...and the alters having to cause that dizziness and blurring would be much relieved.

Hard to look at, hard to tell those truths. We are here for you in spirit and support. Wish we could do more.

I understand this. I tend to have the same problem when I try to talk in therapy. Its really great that you are expressing how talking makes you feel. Hang in there!
