BAM - Cassandra Murphy.
❀Cassandra Murphy, 16
Hometown: London, England
This British beauty is delicate as a rose, with an angel's face and soft lips. But don't be fooled. Cass is a huge flirt - with a simple flip of the hair and a smile, she's ready to toy with all the boys' hearts. Boys fall for her everywhere she goes, but she only crushes their feelings at the end of it all. She's what you would call a heartbreaker, but not to the extreme. She has never been in a real relationship and she doesn't plan to any time soon. Her father left her and her mother when she was only a little girl and ever since, the ability to fully trust and love any man has vanished for her. Besides her obsession with breaking hearts, Cass loves cosmetics and is an aspiring makeup artist. Some think it's not exactly an ambitious goal, but it's her dream and she's not willing to give up on it. Bubblegum pink is her signature lip color and she always carries around a huge bag of makeup in her tote bag. She constantly re-applies, even during class. She hates sports because it "messes up her makeup" and she complains during any kind of Physical Ed. Tanning on the beach is more her forté. As for friends? She makes them almost effortlessly. Cass seems almost too perfect. But sometimes the perfect, are the most broken on the inside.

1. Please tell us a little bit about yourself; your name, age, likes and dislikes, family and so on.
Hello loves, my name is Cassandra Murphy. Don't wear it out. I don't go by "Cassie", so don't call me that, just so you know. I was born and brought up in the city of London, England, and I am currently 16 years young. I've been told I act "mature" for my age, and guy's usually stupidly assume I'm 18 when I'm at the clubs and such. I am going to be a make-up artist though. Definitely. My mum tells me that I'm destined for great things, and perhaps enrolling in a business class would be efficient. What rubbish. Who wants to spend their days in a stuffy room, typing on a computer or sorting through paperwork? Make up is my calling, and I'm willing to push bit*hes off cliffs to achieve my dream. I also have a strange delight breaking hearts. I know, it seems a bit extreme and odd, but it's true. The look on their faces when I crush them brings a tender smirk to my face. Dislikes are definitely falling in love. I prohibited myself to ever doing so. I will never fall in love. Ever. I mean, it must fell nice to be in love with a perfect guy, and then he'll take you on dat- nevermind. My mum is a very... nice woman, I guess. I don't see her much, and I don't mind. She can really be a stick up my a*s sometimes. My father- I don't like talking about that terrible, evil man.
2. If you are a veteran to Bradshaw Academy, do you like the school? How long have you been here? / If you are new to the Academy, are you happy to be here? What are you expecting to find?
I wouldn't necessarily call me a veteran or a newbie. I've been here... what? Perhaps five months or so. I'm not keeping track, soon I'll leave anyway, and be a famous cosmetic artist. Everyone will know my name, and be crawling for an autograph. Eh, the school is alright. I hate P.E the most of all, and when the teachers tell me to stop looking at myself in the mirror. They're just jealous of me. They should be appreciate having my presence in their classroom.
3. How do you relate to people? Are you a social person, someone who has a few close friends only, or someone who prefers to be left alone?
I guess you could call me a social person. I make friends easily, but I usually end up forgetting them, and on to the next. Friends are like make up. They're good for about a few months until you have to throw them out. And then you go out and find some new friends.
4. Tell us about your talents, hobbies, passions. What is your biggest dream? Do you think you can actually achieve it in your life?
Talents, hobbies, and passions all revolve around make up. It's my dream, and it's my life. Of course I can achieve that dream! It's an insult that you would even bring up that I could not achieve my dream. I also adore spending my afternoons drinking martinis on the beach, jealous glances thrown my way, and nights at the pumping clubs.
5. Are you a good student? Do you enjoy learning? What is your approach to school?
I believe I'm a good student, I get average grades, but it's not like a really care. I'd rather be tanning, shopping, or texting. Who invented school anyway? I have no need for math or global history in cosmetic school. God. I sometimes enjoy learning, but only if it's fun. I like drama, because I like being on stage. Uh, I like lunch too.
6. If you've lived in Miami for a while or been here a lot before, do you like it? Do you find it relatable and nice? / If you're new to Miami, what are your first impressions? Do you find it appealing here? What did you expect out of the city?
Miami is somewhat new to me. I haven't really explored the city much. I only know the shopping, beach, and party destinations. I have no interest in knowing anything else about Miami. It's nice here I guess. There are lots of hot guys who fall all over me, which I like very much.
- Out of character -
1. Do you think you can stay active? Have you been in a lot of RPs? Please be honest.
Yes, I do believe I can be active! And I've been in so many roleplays, I don't have time to count them all!
2. Why do you think you are the best choice for playing this character? Why should we give /you/ the spot, as opposed to someone else who tried out for the same characeter? Why did you tryout for the character you did?
I feel that I am the best choice because I really understand Cassandra, and how she bottles up her emotions to remain perfect. She doesn't like flaws, and never wants to see them on herself. You should give me the spot because instead of making Cassandra this perfect, living Barbie, I'll make her into a vulnerable, deep character with a personality. I tryout for Cassandra because I've always wanted to play a character like her. A heart-breaker in need of love, and a perfect girl on the outside with cracks in her porcelain shell.
3. Do you already have a story for her in mind? Do you think you will get committed and involved and connected, even, to your character to an extent where you /want to/ make sets for her and continue her story?
I love this character so much because she's beautiful, dangerous, and a bit too full of herself. Everyone believes she's perfect, yet Cassandra knows that she just wants someone to love her. She never feels like anyone likes her, and it's thanks to Cassandra's careless attitude. I do have a story-line in mind, and I already feel connected to Cassandra. Yes, I already want to get started :)
4. What drew you into this group, why did you choose to tryout?
I tried out for this roleplay because I love the idea, and I've never done an exotic, fun loving roleplay like this. I know it will be exciting, and full of drama!
5. Do you think you're going to follow our rules? By this we mean staying active, not changing your character and making her perfect, not being all about boys and relationships (!), as well as the other ones?
Yes, I will follow the rules :) Cassandra loves breaking boy's hearts, but all my stories will /not/ be about that!
I dabbed on my lip-gloss one final time, and then once more, just in case it rubbed off. I plopped the tube in my bag, wishing it could hold more things. I mean, I'm only bringing lip-gloss, mascara, blush, eye-shadow, and an eyelash-curler, the essentials.
"Are you ready Cassandra?" My roommate, who's name I forget, called to me, and I could hear a slight annoyance in her voice. Whatever. I still look better than her.
"Yes, love!" I called sweetly, rushing over to her while checking myself out in my compact mirror.
We breezed in the beach party scene while it was full in action. The sun was hardly down yet, but the drinks were going around. I was only sixteen, so there is limited occasions when bartenders serve me drinks. It's okay though, getting drunk would mess up my appearance.
Nearby, I spotted my first victim. He was fairly tall, around 18 to 19 years old, with chocolate brown hair and forest green eyes. Can you say hot?
I advanced towards him, confidence seeping out of me, along with my beautiful smelling perfume. I didn't stand next to him, but close enough that he could lay his eyes on me. And he did, quickly. Walking over, he bit his bottom lip while eyeing me like fresh meat. I shook my hair in a sultry way, dancing along to the pounding music.
"What's your name, babe?" He asked. How cliche to call me babe. God.
"Lilly." I lied, pushing myself against him.
"You're hot, Lilly." He breathed.
"I know." I winked confidently. He pressed his lips against mine, (already), and danced with me.
Twenty minutes later of dancing with him, and kissing, I was done with this guy. He was boring me.
"I have to go." I said, pushing myself off him.
"Already? Well, can I get your number?" He asked sadly.
"No." I laughed.
"Wait, why?" He asked, raising a brow.
"Because, you'll always remember me. I'll be that girl from the club, the one who turned you down. Probably the first girl to ever turn you down. And you won't ever forget me, I'll always be on your mind. Taking control. It was nice meeting you, love. But I have to go." I spun around, a smirk on my dainty lips. He grabbed my arm though, and spun me back around, which surprised me.
"Lilly, you might not want to be with me, but you're the most beautiful girl I've ever met. You're sexy, and you know all the right things to say. I probably won't ever see you again, but it was nice meeting you." He said, a sad smile on his lips. His cheeks were flushed, and he let me go when he was done.
"Um, bye." I stammered, turning around, and rushing out of the party.
"Cassandra!" My roommate called to me, walking up to me. I stood against a palm tree, squeezing my eyes shut. But once I heard my name being called, I opened my eyes again, and stood up straighter.
"Hey." I said, forcing a smile on my face.
"Have a good time? I wish we could stay longer, it sucks we have school tomorrow." She said, wrinkling her nose.
"It does! And I had a wonderful time." I lied straight through my teeth.
"I got a few guys numbers, one for you too." She giggled, winking. I laughed as well, and then started hysterically laughing, clutching my side. My roommate went along with it, and continued laughing.
I couldn't stop laughing though, because it was the only thing I could do to keep from crying.
