@beautyandserendipity thank you! My lit teacher told us all that we 'have to read On The Road before we turn 18' and he has pretty good taste, haha
My dad actually bought me Brave New World yesterday and I've heard all about it! I've been meaning to read 'Lord of The Flies' actually and don't be scared about a Clockwork Orange! It's pretty intense and gory but not in a horror sort of sense- there's no real mystery or suspense I think. It is pretty gruesome but you know what's going on all the time? idk
anyway, thank you xxx

I like your selections, I've read all of them except "On the Road," which is on my TBR pile. There are a lot of great books out there! If you like "1984" and "Fahrenheit 451," you'll probably also enjoy Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World," which is also a dystopian novel. "Lord of the Flies" is also a good book, with themes similar to "A Clockwork Orange," although to be honest, I haven't read "A Clockwork Orange." Too scared. Have fun with your books!
