Hey guys, it's Krista @niallator99 :]

Am i the only one that gets sick of cereal everyday for breakfast???

Here are some simple and yummy Breakfast recipes:D

---- Breakfast Banana Split (from Seventeen Magazine)

Cut a banana in half lengthwise. Top with 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt (about 8 tbsp.), a few fresh blueberries, and 2tbsp. each of all-fruit preserves and slivered almonds.

---- Banana-Peanut Butter Smoothie (from Discovery Girls Magazine)

1 cup lowfat yogurt
1 small banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
6 ice cubes

Put in blender and mix until smooth.

---- Yogurt with Toppings

In a bowl put vanilla yogurt or a flavored one if you are daring:) Add toppings such as: Strawberries, granola, cheerios, blue berries, black berries, raspberries, banana slices, peach sliced into cubes, almonds, pear slices, etc.

---- Scrambled Quesadilla (from Seventeen Magazine)

Heat a whole grain tortilla in a skillet coated with cooking spray. Top with 2 tbsp. shredded reduced-fat cheddar and a scrambled egg mixed with 1/2 cup diced veggies (tomato, peppers, and avocado). Fold in Half. Cook until lightly browned. Top with salsa.

---- Protein Pancakes (from Girls Life Magazine)

4 egg whites
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup oats (not quick or instant)
2 packets natural sweetener (like Stevia)

How to Make:
1. Combine everything but cinnamon in a blender until the mixture resembles batter.
2. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto a skillet or frying pan.
3. Heat one side until tiny bubbles form across the top of the pancake (1-3 minutes), then flip over and cook the other side. When Pancakes are golden brown, pop on your plate, then sprinkle with cinnamon. Instead of sugar loaded syrup top with a drizzle of all-natural honey.

---- Peanut Butter Waffle (from realsimple.com http://www.realsimple.com/food-recipes/recipe-collections-favorites/healthy-meals/breakfast-to-go-10000001047596/page2.html)

Instead of dousing a whole-grain or bran toaster waffle in syrup, cut the sugar and boost the protein and fiber by spreading it with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. You can also sprinkle on 1 tablespoon of raisins, sesame seeds, or extra peanuts for even more fiber, which helps deliver the meal's nutrients slowly and steadily.

---- Eggs on Toast (from Girls Life Magazine)

Scramble 2 eggs with three of your favorite veggies and a little low-fat cheese. Serve open-faced on whole-wheat toast.

----Peanut Butter Toast

Toast 2 slices of Whole Wheat toast. Top with Peanut Butter (or nutella). On the side, an apple and a glass of milk.
