Adele is definitely the star of the moment! :) It’s amazing what she has achieved, as well as the recognition for her talent. What I loved about her was that she said that her music is made her ‘ears’ and not for ‘eyes.’ If you see the musicians these days such as Rihanna, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus Katy Perry, to name a few - they flaunt their bodies in provocative ways on stage, which is obviously for ‘eyes’ rather than ears, just like that vulgar X-Factor performance last year which was awful.
Adele is a role model for aspiring artists I think, because she proves that you don’t need to use your body to create good music. It’s all about the voice.
Adele is a little mainstream but she’s a good kind of mainstream. She looked amazing in the Vogue photoshoots! I loved them, even though she made a comment how she didn’t want to be on the cover of Vogue.
Okay according to my list...12 sets out of 47 now :-)
