☯ about~ Darla lives in her own mind and it frightens
her parents. She’s been checked multiple times and
was even submitted to Electroconvulsive Therapy, but
to no avail. Her parents are ashamed of her lack of
normality, that at times she dreams awake.
 
Sometimes it terrifies her,
other times she welcomes it.
 
Darla is a sweet, frightened girl. She’s been growing
up with her parents implanting the idea in her mind
that something is wrong with her. She tries to be a
good girl, but it’s tiring.

☯ a secret~ Ever since her ECT she’s had this
feeling like there are snakes beneath her skin. She
also has a bad habit of scratching herself when she’s
nervous. She can’t help it. Her mother keeps her nails
short and when the scratching gets bad, she’s to wear
gloves. She doesn't like the fabric on her hands.

her, she couldn’t stop thinking about how lovely
rabbits were. Their long ears, fluffy tails…

☯ about~ Oliver is afraid to feel. He isn’t sure what
he’s running from, only that he is. And he can’t stop.
Oliver was born to a normal life. He had nice parents,
average siblings, and a promising future. Oliver is
skeptical. He feels like there is something more to
life, that this Utopia isn’t really living. He’ll be gone
from home for days in search for something more.
He owns a few books from before, going to extreme
measures that no one finds them.
 
Oliver’s kind and at times goofy, but he’s only trying
to hide a feeling that’s trying to make its way to the
surface.
