Dreamy, handcrafted silk scarf. In calypso's favorite hue of the season. Braided tassels enhance the corners. Designed in france and hand-dyed in india. Resulting in natural and expected variations in color. Inspired by a "savoir faire" attitude of the designer. DeNovember designer, Judith Bourdin, is inspired by collages by Louis Reith and geometrical drawings from Madeleine Vionet. The line of exclusive fashion accessories, made entirely by hand, is made up of a series of "numbered" styles, making these pieces rare and one of a kind. The collection was developed using techniques gleaned through travel and experimentation including: Reserve dyeing, hand-embroidery, crochet and hand weaving. The designer pays immense attention to color vibrations and prefers to work in hand dying. Each piece is slightly different and special due to the process.
