Why work at Polyvore?

Polyvore is a startup with a bright future
Polyvore is a fast-growing site with over 3.7 million unique visitors and 140 million pageviews per month. Our mission is to create a fun, unique, social environment where users can interact with products, discover trends, and engage with brands. Our approach is to build platforms and tools that harness the creativity of our user community, empowering them to define trends and express their point of view. The next step in Polyvore's evolution is to grow from a cool product into a long-lasting, profitable company, and we're looking for talented, motivated individuals to help us get there.

Have a high impact on our small (but stellar!) team
Currently our team consists of 6 people, including folks who led the development of Yahoo Pipes and Google Maps. Because we're so small, anyone who joins now will play a key role in the shaping of our company and be a critical part of our success. You'll be helping to define not only our product and business strategy, but also our company culture.

A great working environment
We have a big, open office located in the heart of downtown Mountain View, within walking distance to the Caltrain station and lots of great restaurants and shops. Although most of our furniture is from IKEA, we believe in investing in the important equipment -- like ergonomic chairs, huge monitors, top-notch coffee makers, and top-of-the-line ping pong equipment.

Competitive salaries, full benefits, and stock options
We believe that people are the most important part of our company, so we want to make sure everyone has a meaningful stake in the company's long-term success. In addition to stock options, we provide competitive salaries, full benefits (health, dental, vision, and flex spending), a fully-stocked kitchenette, and free lunch every day. We're a well-funded company backed by Benchmark Capital.
