Make sure you check your SPAM folder, sometimes it ends up in there.
You can change your email address without losing the sets you've created. Go to your profile and click on the Edit my account link. You can update your email address there.
Go to our forgotten password page and enter the email address you used when you signed up for Polyvore. We'll send an email to that address with instructions on how to change your password.
When in doubt, clear your cache.
Before you delete your account, please be aware that you can update your profile to remove personal information (e.g., if you don't want your name to show up in search engines) and/or delete any of the sets or items that you have created.
If there are any other issues, please consider letting us know about them so that we can try to address them.
If you still wish to leave, you can delete your Polyvore account.

Polyvore keeps track of what is happening with your sets and items and lets you know when something interesting comes up. These include:
The number of contacts and favorites shown on your profile is only updated a few times a day, so the numbers may lag behind a bit.
You can unblock contacts from within your Mailbox. Click 'View blocked members' and then click the 'Unblock' link next to the name of your contact.
