Make sure you check your SPAM folder, sometimes it ends up in there.
How can I change the email address associated with my Polyvore account?
You can change your email address without losing the sets you've created. Go to your profile and click on the Edit my account link. You can update your email address there.
Help, I can't remember my password!
Go to our forgotten password page and enter the email address you used when you signed up for Polyvore. We'll send an email to that address with instructions on how to change your password.
Help, I'm having trouble logging into my account, clipping items, etc.
When in doubt, clear your cache.
How can I delete my Polyvore account?
Before you delete your account, please be aware that you can update your profile to remove personal information (e.g., if you don't want your name to show up in search engines) and/or delete any of the sets or items that you have created.
If there are any other issues, please consider letting us know about them so that we can try to address them.
If you still wish to leave, you can delete your Polyvore account.
How can I customize my Polyvore profile?
You can customize your Polyvore profile by:
- Setting a buddy icon:

- Linking to your blog or home page
- Talking about yourself
You can update your profile whenever and as often as you want.
What do the various activity icons mean and where do they come from?
Polyvore keeps track of what is happening with your sets and items and lets you know when something interesting comes up. These include:
- Favorite -- everyone's favorite icon: you get these if someone favorites one of your sets
- Comment -- these let you know if someone has left a comment on one of your sets
- Contact -- these let you know if someone has added you a contact. Be nice and add them back...
- Item Usage -- you get a usage point whenever someone else uses an item you saved to create a set
- Contest Wins -- you get a 1st, 2nd or 3rd place trophy whenever you win in a contest
- Page Views -- these track how many times your sets, items and profile have been viewed
Why does my profile show I have lower number of contacts and favorites than I really have?
The number of contacts and favorites shown on your profile is only updated a few times a day, so the numbers may lag behind a bit.
Help, I accidentally blocked one of my contacts!
You can unblock contacts from within your Mailbox. Click 'View blocked members' and then click the 'Unblock' link next to the name of your contact.
