It's time to dream about the new spring makeup collections. Here are my inital choices (clockwise from top): Dior blush, Dior eyeshadow, Dior powder, Guerlain blush, Guerlain eyeshadow and Clinique eyeshadow.

Here are my recommendations for the best makeup. They are made by Giorgio Armani, who uses finely milled powders for eye shadows and pressed powder. The colors always go on sheer. They are never heavy or too bold. The Luminous Silk Foundation is a miracle.
 
The new lipstick called Rouge d'Armani has gorgeous colors and moisturizes the lips as well. It does not come off easily, but it does not feel dry.

The Jean-Michel Cazabat shoes are the centerpoint of this look. I bought these shoes, in an elegant eggplant suede color, at Shopbop. The Bally bag adds a rough element to prevent the ensemble from looking too bourgeois. The Sportmax short coat makes this something that a city girl would wear in early fall or in the spring.
