to do a set and list at least 5 of my favorite things: FYI, I never had anything pink until a few years ago.
1. My pink Dell & of course Polyvore
2. My pink boots
3. My iPod with over 1,000 of my favorite songs.
4. James Bond movies. Pierce is the best but am loving Daniel Craig.
5. Grace Philosophy skin care and bath products.
6. Italy!!!!!
7. My zen space and relaxation time.
8. Lucy the tortoise who is very active and interactive and Nemo who barely moves but is a sweety.
9. Forgot to put Il Divo in the set but they are on my ipod.
10. Brian is my fav person. He makes everything extra special.
These are not listed in any particular order.
I tag anyone who would like to do this kind of set. For my group, this is a fun activity as a break from focusing on your trauma!

***Recent realization. Doorways and doors are related to confusion and loss of the pre-existing thought. I've been doing it for several years but was not really AWARE of connection to past Alice programming. Programming is gone but brain may be hardwired by now. Will write more in blog and post here when it's published if interested in more.

Please know my sets are a combination of artistic as well as trauma processing with my group. The trauma sets have (***) before the title if you wish to skip over them.

My blog was set up to explain dissociation and DID post by post...if you start from the earliest post. It was meant to educate people in short, easy-to-understand posts. It provides coping skills links to resources. Feel free to use that to support your artistic healing journey.
I became disabled in 2007 and no longer actively practice psychotherapy. Am blessed to have found Polyvore to have my healing group as well as to stretch my own artistic Polyvore skills.
