What are you guys dressing up as for Halloween? Being the highly uncreative person I am, I'm not wearing a costume... :( I was going to dress up as Bill Kaulitz (lead singer as Tokio Hotel), but I just couldn't quite pull off a mohawk.
 
I'm still going trick-or-treating tomorrow :P 15 is not too old to go :)

I wish they had Pacsun stores in Canada. I bought that pair of jeans during a trip to the USA, and I love them. They fit me perfectly [most jeans are way too long for me since I'm short] and they were only ten bucks :D

I've been wanting to buy a new pair of flats FOREVER and I found the perfect pair. I love the bow on the ends!

One can never have too many scarves right? :P I love this plaid scarf; it's so soft and it would go great with a simple white tee/tank.

I know, summer's technically over and all, but these were such a good deal (only 10 bucks!) so even if I don't wear them this year, I can wear them next summer :)

I couldn't get a picture of this because they're in the wash, but they're just a pair of really nice and soft sweatpants. Perfect for home or school :)
 
So there you have it, all my back to school shopping. I didn't buy/spend much, just over $140 for all of these things, but that's about all I need. I did wanted to get a cardigan or two, and there were some I really liked from American Eagle Outfitters and Aerie, but I have to wait for them to go on sale first; they're way too expensive.

[two: how do you think this set looks & what is your favorite part of the set?]
I love the way the set looks! I love the layering I've done, with the quotes and the accessories, but I haven't gone overboard (everything in this set is something you'd actually wear/use!). My favourite part of the set would be the outfit. I love the simple tee and skirt, combined with the belt. The scarf, earrings, bag and sandals add a splash of orange to the look! :)
 
[three: who is your icon either in life or polyvore and why?]
My icon? Is that like a role model? In real life, I don't really have a role model. I just think that everyone should be unique and special in their own way, and shouldn't feel like they need to emulate someone else. Don't be afraid to be your own person :)
 
My icon on Polyvore would be love, lily. [http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/profile?id=237572]. She makes the most amazing sets with the most stylish outfits. & I also admire how she always takes the time to leave long, meaningful comments on other people's sets :)
 
[four: what are 4 things in this set that describes you?]
Four things in this set that describe me are the book (I'm a huge bookworm; I love to read), the baseball glove charm (I love baseball ♥), the cardigan (my favourite piece of clothing; you can never have too many cardigans!) and the scarf (scarves are my favourite accessory!).
 
[five: in your opinion, what do you think makes this set unique and original?]
I think the layout is pretty original; it's a mix between layered and mosaic with quotes and pictures. And also, I think my set is also original because it focuses on the outfit. Most sets on Polyvore are full of accessories, makeup and tons of layers of clothes that you really wouldn't wear/use in real life. In my set, everything can actually be worn in one single outfit :)
