How To #1. Tousled Curls.
Ok, how many of you H.A.T.E stiff, flat, overdone corkscrews? Hopefully, ALL. So, how may of you L.O.V.E tousled, sexy, Victoria's Secret like curls? Surely, MANY. So, this How To is all about how to get those VA-VA VOOM curls. Read Below..

Loose, tousled, lived in curls.
Best on - Girls with natually wavy hair, long layers.
What you need - A wide tooth comb, 1 inch curling iron, curl enhancing spray, heat protecting spray, large clips.

~Make sure not to wash your hair for a day or two. But, if your hair is oily, like mine, take a shower at least 12 hours before you plan on curling your hair.

~ Comb hair to get rid of any knots.

~Mist hair with heat protecting spray. (I would tell you guys which one I use, but I have yet to find one that does not make my hair look like I poured maple syrup in it. Ew)

~ Take the top section of your hair, (as if you were going to do a half up, half down style.) and clip it or make a pony tail at the top of your head.

~Take a 1 inch section of the hair NOT on top of your head (the bottom layers) and make sure the clamp is facing up. Open the clamp, and clamp down (how many times am I going to say ''clamp!?!') at the end of your hair, roll the iron up (curl) hold for 10 seconds. then release.

~ Next, take the next 1 inch section and instead of the clamp facing UP, make sure the clamp is facing upside DOWN. Repeat, alternating the clamp up and down as you go.

~Once done with the bottom layer, take down your top layer and do the same process.

TIP. If your hair doesn't stay in the curls, try LIGHTLY misting the section with hair spray, THEN curling.

Once done, you should have pretty, tousled, lived in curls. I did this to my hair at around 1 pm. and it is now 11 pm and my curls still look so pretty!!

Ok guys, this is my first tip. Any advice? I will post a tip everynight before bed. If you want to request a tip, just PM me, or comment below. Thanks :)

Just Shut Up. Just Let Go.

Just Shut Up. Just Let Go.
Home schooled Fashionista. I need your help!! All dressed up and no where to go.?
Ok, this might sound dumb. But here it goes....

I am home schooled. But I love fashion, makeup, clothes, and shopping. But I dont have five days of school a week to go and show off my outfits. I really waste my money when I buy lots of clothes because I will only wear them to the food store or to my grandmas. You dont know how badly I wish I had some place to go everyday, or week and actually have an excuse to go out and buy clothes. I sound weird but seriously, if you were in my position, you would COMPLETELY understand. I used to go to a sewing and design class but it got so expensive, but I miss it because I got to dress the way my friends do for school. So my question is, do you guys know if there is a fashion and/or design and/or sewing class I could go to? I live in PA. I am 14. So it cant be too expensive. Or do you guys have any tips of suggestions if I should join some kind of group (kind of like girl scouts, which I am contemplating going back to). Because I have so many clothes yet no place to wear them to.

Additional Details
A few of you kind of misunderstood me. Here a few further details.

1.I am not lonely. I have friends, I go to karate, I am not UNSOCIAL. Ugh, so many people think home schooled people are weird and ''lonely''

2.When I did girl scouts I didnt have to wear a uniform. Ugh, Did they change it or something?

3.YES there is a mall where I live. QUITE a few actually. Did I not say I love shopping?

4. I am not ''in hiding''

5. I am not a jumper-wearing, hair scrunchie sporting, skirts and sneakers stereotype home schooler.
