Somebody To Lean On [[mini story]]
Glee is my muse today for my first mini story in a while. Every song they've covered so far has been wonderfully done, so I thought..hey! I'll base a story upon one of the songs.

I don't know if it's always been this way, but last time I remember it used to say you have x number of contacts not x number of followers. It makes me seem like some sort of cult, ha.

Anyways, here's the story. & sorry about the length. I didn't realize it was so long until after I wrote it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
His eyes.
His hair.
The way his upper lip twitches when he gets nervous.
His gorgeous body.
I love everything about him.
However, he has no idea.
While he's trying to figure out the answer to number two on the Physics Lab, I'm trying to figure out how I'll get him to ask me to Prom.
"Is this how you do number two?" My beautiful knight in shining armor asks.
"Umm, let me see." I reply as I try not to freak out about how close he's to me.
Everything was wrong. You don't use Newton's Second Law to solve this problem, and the square root of 25 does not equal 10.
My prince charming is beyond gorgeous; however, his IQ isn't.
"You used the wrong formula for this part, but I'll help you fix it," I smile as I give him back his paper.
"Thanks," he says as he gives me a smile that could be an alternate source of light.
It took about 20 minutes, 20 minutes that I could have used to finish my Jane Austen novel, but I think even Ms.Austen would have stopped writing for a mere 20 minutes to help this beauty.
"Allison, guess what?" one of my best friends in the entire world asks as she sits in the seat between Prince Charming and I.
"What, Faith?" I ask while trying to acknowledge through subtle hand motions that she was interrupting probably the only intimate moment I'd have with this beautiful being.
"Glass is playing at Giada's!" Faith smiles as she squeals like an obsessed fanatic.
"You have to be kidding me?!" I smile as I join Faith in the squeal party.
Glass is a pretty well-known band around here. They are not nationally known, but I know someday they will. They've got the looks of European Supermodels and the lyrics that even the most famous of poets would be jealous of.
"When?" I smile as my voice goes up another octave.
"TONIGHT!!!" Faith squeals as she gets up from her seat.
"Faith, shhhh!!" Mrs.Gibbson says as she walks by my table.
"Sorry, Mrs.Gibbson," Faith replies as her cheeks turn a tint of red.
"They're probably sold out," I groan.
Giada's is big, but it isn't big enough to fit all of the crazy obsessed girls of Maple Hills, and guys.
"Luckily, because Tom is the most amazing best friend in the entire world, he got us tickets," Faith smiles as she pulls the tickets out of her backpack.
"No-Omg-Shut-Tom, you have to remind me to attack him with a huge hug after Physics is over," I smile as I get a closer look at the golden tickets.
"This is crazy," I smile as I hand the tickets back to faith.
"It'll be John, Kevin, Richard, and Henry for 3 hours of bliss," Faith replies as she pretends to faint in her seat.
"I'm seeing Glass tonight too," Prince Charming smiles as he takes out his tickets.
"and Taylor Andrews, a.k.a Mr.Gorgeous," I whisper to Faith.
After contiunally thanking Tom for getting us tickets to see Glass, we arrived at Giada's twenty minutes early. Tom works at Giada's which is why he was able to get us the tickets of a lifetime; however, the downside is that we'll have to stay with Tom until it closes because Tom is the only person that can take us home.
"Hi Giada," Tom smiles as we walk into the trendy coffee shop part mini performance hall.
"For the first time since you've worked here, you're early," Giada laughs as she hands Tom an apron.
"Hey girls, I'm guessing you're here for Glass?" Giada smiles as she wipes down some of the coffee tables.
"yes!" we both chirp in unison.
"I don't know what you girls see in them, I can sing better than them," Giada replies.
"They've got the looks of a greek god," Faith smiles as she grabs a rag from the table.
"Greek gods?" Tom laughs as he starts up the expresso machine.
"They're gorgeous," I smile as I help with wipping the tables off.
"Yeah, but you probably think Mr.Handsome is even more gorgeous," Faith laughs as she heads to another table.
"Well yeah, but if the guys in Glass were closer in age. He'd be number two and they'd all be number one," I smile as I fix my dress.
"Who is Mr.Handsome?" Tom asks as he raises an eyebrow.
"no one," I blush.
"Come on, you started talking about him, so now you have to tell me his name. I will not stop bothering you until you do, and besides I tell you everything," Tom replies as he walks over to me.
"Umm..well, I-
"It's Taylor Andrews," Faith smiles as she runs to the otherside of the room.
"Hey!" I groan as I run after her.
"You were going to tell him anyways, so I thought that I'd do you the favor by telling him for you," Faith smiles as I decided not to permanently bruise her.
"Taylor?? Taylor is a jerk, and he still has trouble with the fact that two plus two equals four," Tom replies as he squeezes the life out of one of the rags.
"It's just a crush Tom. It's not like its going anywhere," I laugh as place my rag onto the counter.
"Yeah, but you didn't hear what-
"Hear what?!" Faith smiles as she runs over to Tom.
"Nothing, it's nothing," Tom replies as he goes to the back of the room.
Tom's P.O.V:
"It's Taylor Andrews," Faith smiles as she runs to the otherside of the room.
Those words hurt worse than a bee sting.
Why?
How?
What would make someone want to have a crush on that?
What she really needs is to have a crush on me. I'd be a dependent boyfriend, loyal, loving, everything she wants and more. Taylor just wants to get in everyone's pants.
I heard him talking about her today after Football practice in the Locker Room, and I had to stop myself from attacking him.
"She's really changed," Taylor chuckles as I walk over to my locker.
"Who?" Brent asks as he pulls out a pair of pants from his duffle bag.
"Amber Branchow, " Taylor replies as he looks at himself in the mirror.
It's Allison Branchaw. He never gets anything right.
"Isn't she that really smart girl in our Physics Class?" Brent asks as he opens up his locker.
"Yeah, but she's more than that. She's actually pretty hott. I remember last year she was a stick with nothing in the front or the back. She's got a body now, and the view is amazing. I could see myself with her," Taylor smiles as he covers himself with Axe, the woman-repellent.
"She'd probably turn you down. She is way too smart for you," Brent laughs as he chucks his towel across the locker room.
I looked over at the other guys, and then up at the sand-colored ceiling, hoping that this conversation was just a dream.
"Yeah, but if you were me this afternoon, you'd be thinking something different. She was helping me with problem two on the Physics Lab, and the way she leaned over onto my side of the table to help me was incredibly sexy. Also, her hair smells like this perfume that my mom was going to buy for my sister, it's amazing. I'm telling you Brent, she's definitely changed from last year, and it's a good change," Taylor smiles as he closes his locker door.
It's not a dream.
"Then ask her out," Brent replies as he puts on his shoes.
"I am, at Giada's. I've got tickets to see Glass and I overheard that she's going to see them as well," Taylor replies as he gives one of his winning smiles.
"She doesn't seem like the type that'd let you bag her," Brent replies as he picks up his duffle bag.
"I'll get her," Taylor winks as he walks out of the locker room.
I wanted to vomit after I heard Taylor's conversation with Brent.
"She can't talk to him tonight," I whisper to myself.
I didn't want her being on Taylor's Used List.
Allison's P.O.V:
"This is crazy!" I try to yell over the volume of the band as I jump to the beat of the music.
"I owe Tom," Faith smiles as she puts her hands in the air.
"Next song is a personal favorite that I believe most of you have probably heard, It's Lean on Me by Bill Withers. The guys and I thought we'd take our own personal spin on the song," John smiles as Kevin starts to play a back beat.
"I'm going to get a water," I say to Faith as I walk over to the register.
"Get me one," Faith replies.
"Hello stranger, I'd like two bottles of water," I laugh as Tom walks to the cooler.
"Alright, that'll be $2.00," Tom replies as I hand him the money.
"So, what do you think of Glass?" I ask as Tom hands me the two bottles.
"They're okay," Tom replies.
"Okay!?" I reply as my mouth literally drops to the floor.
"Yeah, they sound like every other rock-pop band that's out there," Tom replies.
"They are so much more than that, they've got soul, talent, and great hair," I smile.
"I've got great hair," Tom replies as he does a Baywatch walk.
"Yeah, it's gorgeous," I laugh as Tom blushes a little.
"Did you talk to Mr.Handsome?" Tom asks
"No, I haven't seen him all night," I reply
"Neither have I," Tom replies
"Or wait...I think he's over there," I smile as I look over near the front of the stage.
Tom's P.O.V:
I watched as my crush and best friend since kindergarten walked over to the guy I absolutley loathed.
I watched as Taylor turned away from his group of friends and saw Allison. It made me sick to know what Taylor's ultimate objective was. Does he really think of her as only some girl that he can tag? If he only really knew Allison, he'd realize that she's much more amazing than a one week relationship that ends in a pregnancy test and angry parents.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Allison's P.O.V:

Suprisingly, this was the first time where I didn't feel like I was going to faint when talking to Taylor.

When talking to him it was like he was working inside my brain because we agreed on everything.

Everytime he'd ocassionally touch my hand or shoulder, a million butterflies would enter my stomach.

"You look great," Taylor smiles

"Thanks," I blush as I look down at the floor.

"Are you doing anything to-

"So, would you guys like to try our new Pumpkin Latte? They taste just as good as Starbucks," Tom smiles as he interrupts our conversation by shoving an orange flyer in my face.

"Tom, no." I reply trying to give a hint as I give the flyer back.

"But it's only $2.50 for a large. It's really such a great price for such a large amount," Tom replies as he points at the flyer.

"Tom, I said n-

"I'll try one, Amanda, would you like one?" Taylor smiles as he pulls out his wallet.

"It's-

"It's Allison," Tom replies as his face turns red.

"Yeah, well, would you like one?" Taylor asks.

"Sure," I smile as Taylor hands $5 to Tom.

Yeah, he never gets my name right and sometimes he forgets that we're in the same grade, but because he's so attractive that I let it slide.

What really bothered me was how weird Tom was acting. He knows that I like Taylor, you'd think that he'd leave us alone. I think all that caffine has gone to his head.

"Here you go," Tom replies as he comes back with two relatively large cups of coffee.

"Thanks," Taylor smiles as he gives Tom a tip.

"So Taylor, are you ready for the game?" Tom replies as he sits himself between Taylor and I.

"I'm feeling pretty good. My running time has gotten a lot better since last time, so I'll definitely be making some touchdowns," Taylor replies.

"I'm going to go talk to Faith," I reply as I get up from the table.

I walked away as I glanced over to see Tom and Taylor laughing about who knows what.

"What's up chica?" Faith smiles as Glass walks backstage.

"Tom is being a nuissance," I groan as I point over to my future boyfriend and future ex-best-friend.

"Why?" Faith laughs.

"I was talking to Taylor at that table, and then Tom walks over and asks us if we want Pumpkin Latte's and then he decides to sit himself between Taylor and I and talk about football! I'm never going to get Taylor, this could have been the perfect moment, we could have been an item!!" I yell as I pull at my hair.

"He probably didn't mean it," Faith replies.

"Oh he probably did," I say as I glare at both of them.

The rest of the night ended as planned. Taylor left the restaurant completly forgetting about the conversation we had before Tom interrupted us.

When I went over to talk to Taylor after Tom left, it's like he decided to do some spring cleaning in his cranium. He completley forgot about everything we talked about. Did he not remember anything from those amazing 30 minutes I spent with him? I tried to start another conversation with him, but half way through it Brent called saying he needed him to come over to help him with homework. As Taylor left Giada's all I could think of is the various ways I'd make Tom pay for what he had done.

"What's wrong?" Tom laughs as I continue to sulk in the corner.

"I don't want to talk to you," I reply as I turn my chair around.

"Why?" Tom asks as he sits down next to me.

"You ruined my moment with Taylor," I reply as I get up from my seat.

"Oh...I totally forgot, I'm really sorry. I could get him to talk to you after the Football game," Tom replies.

I would have been okay with that, but I didn't want Tom trying to fix something that he had messed up in the first place.

"Allison, I really am sorry," Tom replies as he walks after me.

"Sure," I reply as I sit on a bench near the front door.

"Well, I'm done cleaning the shop, and Faith is with that guy she met, so I could call Taylor and ask if he wants to hang out for a bit," Tom replies.

"No," I reply as I cross my arms.

"Well, I could give you his number, and you could text him or something tomorrow," Tom says as he sits next to me.

"No," I reply as I scoot farther away from him.

"What about the party after the football game, I could take you with me so you could talk to him," Tom replies.

"Tom, no. I don't want nor need your help. You'll just ruin it," I reply as I get up.

"Allison, I said I was sorry. I was just trying to protect you, and-

"Wait, protect me, protect me from what?" I ask as I put my coat on.

"Well, umm...I was in the locker room today and Taylor was there, and he said he was going to ask you, but only so he could get in your pants and that's it," Tom replies

"That was a horrible excuse," I reply as I walk out of the cafe.

"Allison, it isn't an excuse. It's true, I heard it. He was talking to Brent about it. Ally, I wouldn't lie to you. You know that I'll always tell you the truth," Tom replies as he takes my hand.

"Yeah-but-Taylor wouldn't-he-I-maybe you're-he..I'm such an idiot for falling for him," I say as I try to stop myself from creating waterfalls.

"You're not an idiot," Tom replies as he gives me a hug.

"Thanks, and I'm sorry for not believing you. I guess I was so into him that I couldn't and wouldn't believe anything else except what I perceived Taylor to be," I reply.

"Yeah," Tom replies as he wraps his jacket around his waist.

"Well, at least he wanted to go out with me, sort of. That'll be the first and last time anyone from the male species will want to have any sort of relationship with me," I sigh.

"That isn't true," Tom smiles.

"Yes it is, I'm a senior in high school, and I still haven't had my first kiss or even have a guy think of me as more than an object to cheat off of or a friend," I reply.

"You know, for someone who's so smart, you seriously don't have a clue," Tom laughs.

"What?" I ask feeling a bit confused.

"I've been wanting to do this since 1st grade," Tom smiles as he comes a little closer to me.

Not knowing what to expect from Tom, I stood still and watched as he walked towards me, before I knew it we were less than an inch away from one another.

It was like I had got shot with Cupid's arrows because in less than 4 seconds, I had these incredibly intense feelings for a guy that I always considered to only be my best friend.

I was definitely living out the phrase "seeing things in a new light".

"Please don't hate me," Tom replies as he places his lips onto mine.
Hate was a word that wasn't even close to what I was thinking because that kiss was better than any tub of Ben and Jerry's ice cream or Oreo Cookies with milk.

It felt amazing, and it definitely felt right. As he wrapped his arms around my waist I felt like I was going to melt in a puddle of water. I wanted to giggle like a ridiculous school girl after he took his lips off of mine.

"That was indescribable," I smile as Tom pulls me into a hug.

"I feel the same," Tom replies.

"So, where do we go from here?" I laugh as I look him square in the face.

"Well, I'll put it this way, from now on you should know that you definitely have somebody to lean on," Tom smiles as he gives my hand a small squeeze.

Chapter Two:

"He's gorgeous," Jennifer smiles as her mouth almost drops to the floor.

"He looks cocky," I groan as I pull out my cellphone.

He looked like 6 feet, maybe 6 foot 2, he flashed a Prince Charming smile to every girl the passed by him, he had a walk the gleamed with confidence, and he had hair that every bald headed man would die to have, he had every girl in the room falling for him and even a few of the guys, I told myself as soon as I saw him walk through the door that I wasn't going to fall for him, unfortuantley I was.

"He's coming this way, he's coming this way!!" Jennifer squeals as she quickly pulls out a mirror from her bag.

"Come down, he's not the president, " I laugh as I watch her quickly go from checking her hair to re-appling make-up.

"I never have guys this gorgeous talk to me, I have to look good," Jennifer replies as she watches Mr.Tall-Dark-and-Handsome walk towards our table.

"You two look absolutley stunning," Mr.Handsome smiles as he sits in the chair next to mine.

"Thank you," Jennifer giggles as she looks like she's about to faint.

"My name is William James," he smiles as he sits a little closer.

"Jennifer."

"Emily."

"Well, I was wondering if you two would like to get something to eat with my friend Dylan and I," William smiles as he points to Dylan over at the other side of the room.

"What restaurant?" I ask

"MDot, it's less than a block away from here, and they have amazing food," William replies

"I don't know, I'll-

"Yes, we'll go!" Jennifer smiles as she gets up from the table.

"Jennifer, what if these guys only want to get in our pants," I whisper into Jennifer's ear.

"Well, it's worth a chance. If they want to take as back to their room, we'll tell them no," Jennifer replies.

"It's not that simple," I reply

"Em, these guys are gorgeous, we should try to give them a chance," Jennifer replies as she smiles at William.

"Fine," I groan as I grab my bag from underneath the table.

"So, would you guys like to come?" William says as he gives one of his charming smiles.

"Yeah, but let me get something first," Jennifer replies as she walks over towards the bar.

"Where are you going?" I ask as I follow after her.

"I'm telling Stephanie where we are going, I don't want her thinking that some guy tried to kidnapp me," Jennifer laughs.

Jennifer ended up walking hand in hand with William to the restaurant, while I was stuck with Dylan. Dylan was just as gorgeous as William, but he definitely talked a lot less than him.

"So, where are you guys from?" I ask

"Maryland." Dylan replies as he continues to look down at the sidewalk

"Really? We're from Maryland as well," I smile as a strong draft of cold wind hits me.

"What city?" Dylan asks as he looks up for a second.

"Baltimore,you?" I ask as Dylan starts to walk a little faster.

"Baltimore," Dylan laughs as he stops in front of the restaurant.

"Are you guys in Highschool...or College?" I ask trying to sound as cool as possible.

"I'm a freshman in College...and you're a-

"I'm a senior in high school," I reply as a red tint covers my face.

"You don't need to be embarassed, I assumed that you were one," Dylan smiles as he opens the door.

"Why?" I laugh as I walk inside.

"Never accept a drink from a random guy at a club," Dylan smiles

"Well, then I guess that I shouldn't accept a dinner request from a random guy at a club as well," I smile.

"Yeah, but William and I aren't trying to get in your pants," Dylan replies as he looks back down at that ground again.

William happened to be right, the food was good, but the date, from my point of view, was horrible.

The beginning went quite well, but when the conversation, which consisted of mostly me talking, got more intense, Dylan felt the need to refute basically everything that I was saying. I said the decor of the restaurant was nice, he automatically told me that the lighting was too dark. I told him that it was pretty cold outside tonight, he automatically told me that it wasn't. I told him that it took us about 3 hours to get to New York, he told me that I was wrong because according to his calculations, Baltimore is 3 hours and 30 minutes from New York. The whole night, I wanted to rip his head off.

How could someone so gorgeous, be so annoying?

However, in my debate-like conversation with Dylan, I found out that he's roomates with William at the University of Baltimore.
I'd be absolutley thrilled, if I didn't hate his guts.

Now if you created a synopsis according to Jennifer's night, it'd be amazing. William and Jennifer were laughing all night, he was complimenting her all the time, they were talking non-stop, and he ended up asking her out on another date for tomorrow. Unfortunatley, he said I should come along as well, and that he'd bring Dylan.

I'd rather get stung by bees, then have to talk to Dylan for 2 hours.

"So, tomorrow at Macys at one o'clock?" William smiles as he gives Jennifer a small hug.

"Yeah, " Jennifer smiles as she admiringly looks at her Prince Charming.

"Yeah," I groan as I glare at my Mr. Pain-in-the-butt.

William gave Jennifer another life-squeazing hug before leaving the restaurant, and Dylan gave me a slight nod before quickly getting out of there.

"Dylan seems nice," Jennifer smiles as she walks to the door

"Yeah, absolutley," I groan as I try to erase the date from my mind.

Chapter One:

"Elizabeth Jordan Smith, I absolutley hate you," Jennifer groans as Emily walks out of her bathroom.

"Why?!?" Emily laughs as she looks at herself in the mirror.

"You're gorgeous," Jennifer replies as she gets out of her chair.

"You're gorgeous too," Emily smiles as she looks at Jennifer sympathetically.

"Sure, because the girl that's going with no one to Prom is definitely gorgeous," Emily groans as she picks up a gown from Emily's closet.

"High-school guys are stupid, and no one has asked you because you're just so gorgeous that all the guys that want to ask you are too shy to," Emily replies as she grabs her suitcase.

"You don't need to make me feel better, I know you're lying," Jennifer sighs as she opens the door.

"You'll find that special guy, I promise," Emily replies as she walks out of her room.

I hate to see Jennfer like that. Sure, I've always had a boyfriend and she's usually the third wheel, but eventually she'll find her Mr.Tall Dark and Handsome, right? I'm always telling her it'll be okay, but every year
she's right and I'm wrong, and I really don't see why.

Jennifer is always surrounded by boys. Yeah, she hangs out with girls from time to time, but her bestfriends are mainly guys besides her sister and I. I've heard through the grapevine, that she's in the "friend zone" with most of them, but I don't see why they wouldn't consider her as girlfriend potential. She'd be perfect. I've set her up on blind-dates a few times, but they've all ended up going horribly wrong.

"Are you guys ready?" Stephanie yells from the front door.

"Yeah, we're coming," Jennifer replies as she helps Emily carry her suitcase down the stairs.

"Well, move a little faster. If we want to get to the hotel by 8 tonight, we need to be gone in less than 10 minutes," Stephanie replies as she walks back to the car.

"What did you put in this thing?" Jennifer asks as she drops the suitcase onto the floor.

"Clothes, shoes, bags, jewlery, just your average stuff," Emily replies as she wheels the suitcase out to the car.

"Well, it feels like you tried to fit your whole closet in here," Jennifer replies as she follows behind Emily.

"This is going to be great!" Jennifer declares as she skips down the sidewalk.

"One week of no school, no teachers, no homework, and endless shopping and partying. I love Thanksgiving break," Emily smiles as she puts her suitcase in the trunk.

"Is that it?" Stephanie asks as she puts her head out the car door window.

"Yeah," Emily replies as she gets inside the car.

"Are you sure?" Stephanie asks as she put her key in the ignition.

"Positive," Emily smiles as she buckles her seatbelt.

"Alright, then let's go," Stephanie smiles as she drives off.

One week, one fabulous week away from all the drama and all the homework. For once I don't have some ridiculous project to turn in the day after break. However, I'll have to see his face when I get back.

James Mason, he's the definition of a jerk. I went out with for about 8 months. Two months of absolutle pure joy, and 6 months of being treated like one of his "girls". I don't know why I even agreed to go out with him. He's beyond ugly and flirts with anything that has legs. I wouldn't say it was for the money because I'm definitely not a gold digger. However, the random gifts from Tiffany's and Bergdorf were definitely an incentive to stay with him. He would give me a gorgeous necklace one day and then completley ignore me the next. On our one month anniversary, he decided to hang out with another girl. I never found out about Molly until about 1 month later, he told me he had to watch his sister, and I believed him.

I'm trying to make him old news, but everytime I go into my closet or everytime I see the Starbucks down the street where he told me that he loved me, I get all of those feelings again. When I see him down the hallways, I actually get jealous. I don't know what he did to me, but he had me hooked. I was his accessory, a pair of Jimmy Choo pumps that were only worn on special occassions.

"How long will it take to get to New York?" Jennifer asks as she props her feet onto the back of the passenger seat.

"2, maybe 3 hours," Stephanie replies.

"Good, because it's getting dark. Hopefully the beds are as good as I've heard because I'll be sleeping like a bear," Jennifer replies as she pulls out her phone.

"You should give me Adam's number," Jennifer says as looks at Emily.

"He's a jerk, you wouldn't want his number," Emily replies as she pulls out a book from her bag.

"I don't care if I get rejected, just texting that gorgeous god is good enough for me," Jennifer replies as she hands Emily her phone.

"Fine," Jennifer replies as she adds the number.

"Have you guys got your Prom dresses yet?" Stephanie asks as she heads onto the highway.

"I bought one from Nordstroms a few days ago, but I think I might take it back," Emily replies.

"Jen, what about you?" Stephanie asks.

"I don't know, I'm still deciding if I want to go, but if I do, I saw this gorgeous blue one at Stefan's," Jennifer replies.

"Stefan's? Aren't their dresses a bit skimpy?" Emily asks as she hands Jennifer her phone.

"Emily, you could wear a paper bag to Prom and boys would still be all over you. I need a dress from Stefan because they make even the ugliest girl look like Megan Fox," Jennifer replies as she puts a piece of gum in her mouth.

"Jen, you're not ugly," Stephanie replies as she turns off the radio.

"I've never had a boyfriend, and it's my Senior Year Stef, I think it's very clear that I'm not attractive," Jennifer replies.

"Jennifer, it's just this group of boys, don't you remember that one time at the mall when that guy wanted your number?" Emily replies as she pushes a strand of hair out of her face.

"Emily, that was you and when you asked if he could bring one of his friends so we could double date, he laughed in my face and left," Jennifer groans as she grabs her bag.

"Well, I promise you that by the end of Senior Year, You'll find someone, I'll make sure of it," Emily smiles as she gives Jennifer a hug.

"Sure," Jennifer replies as she turns on her Ipod.

As I looked out the empty black sky, I hoped that my promise would come true.

Theatre went well.
Even with all the yelling, it went well. :]
School was ehh, but that's usual.
I left study hall to go to the art room, so finally for the first time I wasn't bored to death. I actually ended up doing math in the art room, go figure.
The math test got pushed to tomorrow, I was beyond estatic. It was like winning a date with Johnny Depp, ha. Theatre really does take up a lot of time. :/
but I make it work.

This guy in my study hall, he's attractive. :]
However, he's too short for me and even though I don't sit too far away from him & I'm one of the tallest things in school [when talking about students], he probably has no idea who I am.
Hey, but I'm not freaking because if he happened to like me back I'd probably say no & this is kind of a usual thing.

I've got exciting news, in about 10 or 20 minutes I'll be writing my first story since I've came back. :]
I hope you all like it because I think it'll be a good one.

So, I'm going to stop typing in here and start on the first chapter.

:] Ciao

Praying that disease... (11/1/09)

Praying that disease... (11/1/09)
Alright, let's see.
I left Polyvore for 2 reasons:
My mother said I was becoming an addict. lol
& some personal reasons.

The stuff that's been happening with me in the past 8 months and maybe since I've been born are the kind of things that people put into movies that people feel like they have a new outlook on life after they've seen them.

All I'm going to say is that you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover... I know extremly vague.

but otherwise, everything is dandy. :]

I didn't do much on Halloween except watch my sister pass out candy. Little kids in halloween costumes= adorable. & watch Edward Scissorhands & the Corpse Bride.

I've been sick for quite a while, so I've been staying home a lot.

I don't have Swine Flu, so don't freak out. lol

Theatre is going well, even though I haven't been there very often. It's not as good as last year, which is kind of ironic because I hated last year. There's so many things I'd like to change, but of course that's not my call.

I'll be taking Segment 2 for driver's training in the middle of November, which means only a few more months until I get my license. :]

License= more trips to my favorite downtown stores, more visits to the library & bookstores, partayyy, movies, and all the other fun things that I can't think of at the moment.

I've got to go start on my Current Event for AP Gov & the review guide, so...

ciao :]

*If I decided to make a story, the first chapter will be posted on either Tuesday or Wednesday.*

Saturday, April 04, 2009...Prom
I was looking at prom dresses, and I thought this would be pretty cute. It's not your typical formal prom dress, but its still a maxi dress like most prom dresses are. I love flowers & the color is really cute too. I'd either do this or I remember in one of my Teen Vogue's for April 08' they had this prom photoshoot & I loved how they paired the Betsey Johnson dresses with the canvas sneakers[it's in the picture on the side]. & I love the idea of wearing sandals w/a prom or homecoming dress. I love heels, but they really do hurt after the 1st hour of wearing them.

& I really think that perfume bottle from AE is really adorable :]

I've been really busy lately with school & theatre & I haven't really had time to get on & write my new story. I feel really bad, but I'm probably going to start it when school ends. I'll still come one to make sets & such, but the story will have to wait. However, I may make a mini story every now and then.

Well, I hope everyone is having [or had] an amazing spring break!

Saturday, March 28, 2009...Zzzz
I've been extremly busy lately.

I'm at a sleepover, so I'm doing this on one of the hotels computers. ha

parent's won't buy me a laptop :[

I've been thinking about the story I'm doing at the moment & I really don't feel like I'm putting my whole heart into it, so I've decided to take a break from it & write the one I've been doing in my spare time.

I just feel like its going nowhere at the moment. :/

Yesterday was so funny, I'll have to talk about that later.

grrr...

The party was pretty fun.

& my loserface self missed a bonfire.
I went on facebook to go check my notifications and it says I was invited to a bonfire, but it had already pretty much ended when I checked it.

I saw August Rush a few days ago, and I pretty much loved it :]
Freddie is so adorable.

I needddd to go shopping. Spring break is in a week, so I'm going to buy some stuff then.

I really really really want a pair of oxfords. I found a few online, but none were at stores that I could buy them at. I really hate my big ol' feet.

I'm really diggin' that song by Chester French. It's an acquired taste. I saw it on mtv an hour ago. The music video somewhat confused me, but overall I really like the song.

School.. :[
I was really only at school for a day this week. It was two half days, but it was only three classes & they were all 30 minutes long.

We're having a talent show in Choir...I'm really starting to get sick of this bonding time. We need to get ready for States.

I'm kind of hungry, so...

What They Don't Teach You In School

What They Don't Teach You In School
Chapter 4:

"Ella!" my mom yells from the kitchen

"What?" I whine as I walk out of my room

"Go get the mail." she replies as she walks out of the kitchen with a spatula in her hand

"Can't Jane go get it?" I ask as I watch her eat a bowl of cereal

"She's going over a friends house." my mom replies

"Fine." I reply as I put on my shoes

As I walked over to the mailbox I heard a garage door open.

I instantly wanted to hide behind a rock.

"Dad I'm going!"

I look over to see one of God's most beautiful creatures walk out of his garage.

"Don't be to late." his dad replies as he closes the garage

I started to fix my hair as I pulled out the last piece of mail.

His perfectly tanned skin glowed in the sun's rays & his hair fell beautifuly over his amazing brown eyes.

"I think I'm in love." I whisper to myself as I walk back to the house

"Hi Ella." he smiles as he quickly walks towards me

"hi-Hey Ella...I mean Justin!" I reply as my cheeks turn a bright red

"Nice socks." Justin smiles as he looks at my faded Christmas socks.

"Umm...yeah." I reply as start to push one of them down

"So, are you doing anything interesting this Summer?" Justin replies

"No." I reply

"Well, then you should come to this." Justin replies as he pulls a card out of his pocket

I felt like I was the lucky winner of $1,000 dollars. I wanted to scream, but if I did I think he'd take the card back.

"It's this Saturday." Justin replies pointing to the date at the bottom

"Alright." I smile

"Bring your friends...but don't bring a boyfriend." Justin smiles as he walks back to his house

"I don't have one!!" I yell as I walk to the front door

I really need to learn how to keep my comments to myself.

"Ella, I said get the mail not go to Alaska." my mother laughs as I set the letters on the table

"Mhm." I smile as I walk back up to my room

As soon as I shut my door I let out a scream that even the dead could hear.

"Shut up!!" Jane yells as she bangs on the wall

I definetly had to brag about this one.

"Jane, guess what." I smile as I walk to her room

"What." Jane replies as she walks out in a disturbingly revealing outfit

"I-What are you wearing!?!" I reply

"It's called clothes." Jane replies

"Looks more like your underwear, put some clothes on!" I reply

"It's just a pair of shorts and a tank top." Jane replies

"Jane, you look like a hooters girl!" I reply as I walk into her room

"Whatever." Jane sighs as she rolls her eyes

"At least put this on." I reply as I throw her a t-shirt

"It's ugly." Jane replies as she throws it on the floor

"You bought it yesterday!" I reply

"I'm taking it back." Jane says as she puts on her shoes

"Mom's not going to let you out of the house like that." I reply

"I know." Jane smiles as she opens up her window

"Where are you going?" I reply

"Trevor's house." Jane smirks as she starts to crawl out the window

"Don't do anything stupid." I reply

"I won't." Jane replies as she climbs down the tree

My freshman year, boys weren't even in my vocabulary. Jane's freshman year.....she's already dated half of them.

"I'm such a loser." I reply as I shut her window

"Ella! What was that?" my mom yells

"Nothing." I reply

"Have you seen Jane!?" she asks as I walk down the stairs

"She already left." I reply

"really...?" my mom asks as she pulls a pot out of the oven

"Yeah, she left when I got the mail." I reply

"Oh." she says as I walk into the family room

"She owes me." I smile as I plop onto the couch

"When's dad coming back?" I reply as I turn on the tv

"Next month." mom replies

I let out a small sigh as I looked for something to watch.

I feel bad for my mom. She rarely gets to see my father. He's always traveling for business and when he comes home its only for a few days. I remember once when he came home, Jane didn't even recognize who he was. He said he'd be traveling less, but of course that was a lie. My father and I don't have the best relationship, but if he was home more often...I think I'd try.

"Do you want to be beautiful?"

"Yeah." I reply as I turn the volume up

"Do you want to be the life of the party?"

"Sure." I smile

"Do you want to attract people of the opposite sex?"

"Of course." I laugh

"Then you should by my book called Ten Steps To A New You. In less than a week you can go from being a loser to looking like a star. This book can be yours for only $9.99. So, Call now!"

"You're not thinking of buying that...are you?" my mother laughs as she walks into the living room

"Maybe." I smile as I finish writing down the number

"It's just a waste of ten bucks." she replies as she sits down on the couch

"I can go from being a loser to a star." I reply

"You're not a loser." my mother replies as she gets off the couch

"You're suppose to say that." I reply

"True, but it's the truth." she smiles as she walks upstairs

"She has no idea." I laugh as I turn off the tv
