This outfit is totaly trendy! A form fitting dress + a military style jacket + ankle boots = a hot outfit. The only thing I would do differently from the cartoon is add more rock and rollish jewelry and a very bright bag. Because with all those neutrals you need a little color. For makeup i wuld suggest keeping it light and nautral. If you want a little more to your make up add pink lips.
