Yesterday I had to put to sleep my cat of over 12 years, Nicky. A week ago we thought he had a treatable illness, but after he failed to respond to medication, an ultrasound revealed he had cancer and he began to decline very quickly. I'm at a loss for things to do with my hands, heart, and mind. We said goodbye to my baby at 4:30 p.m. I'm certain he knew I was there and waited for me to come see him one last time. Rest in peace my friend. You will always be my sunshine on a cloudy day.♥
