Ugh, there is almost 4 feet of snow on the ground. The only thing that keeps me going is the fact that I'll be in Europe in 24 days for 3 months, with my favorite black cowboy boots and a pink backpack.

EEEK, my 21st is two weeks from today. Since the giant part of my birthday will be money for Europe (and yes, I canceled my party, too) I actually asked for gift cards to Wal-Mart, K-Mart, and Forever 21.
 

All of this is available at all three, and everything is under $35. You don't need designers to look good.
