Anna house is cheaper and dark colors stand out less for the beginner! cutsews are more casual also, and the small bow will not attract so many looks from strangers.
The shoes are a little more "grown up" looking, but still cute and sweet so they are more versatile for the lolita who doesn't have a wardrobe yet! little brand accessories make you feel good on the inside too :)
