I was inspired while listening to Kanye West's 808's & Heartbreak. I made another set previously based off another song on the album which can be seen here http://www.polyvore.com/moving_like_robocop/set?id=7447367 I also designed a collection based off the whole album and heartbreak which I am still working on & will eventually post pictures of. First and foremost sorry I've been so busy and I can't complain about that =D but i miss making sets so much!!!!! =[ I am going to find time to make more sets and I will check out everybody s when I get a chance =]. This is my Halloween outfit. I was sort of like a Gothic princess. I looked like I could have been Johnny Depp's bride in a Tim Burton film (which I'd love to be.) I draped a skit of lace over myself and added loads of safety pins as i did here on the dress. I wore lace stockings and i had a veil over my face. I did have on a pair of sneakers but i changed them into boots at the last minute. I secretly preferred the sneakers because it gave the look something different thats why I kept them here in this set! I loved the look so much, now I'm sort of obsessed with black and more of a Gothic Lolita style. I'll infuse it with my other styles =]

I am always one for layering and mixing different textures and patterns without fear. Here i have done some layering on the left for the first look with the bra underneath peaking out only slightly with the hint of orange, Then The Dress top underneath with the skirt worn on top at empire waist. Even the shoes have a mix of leopard print with a psychedelic like print on the back. Black beanie hat to top it off with purple nails. The 2nd look. The Skirt is layered over the dress. The striped hat is worn here and then the smaller striped socks with the mens style oxford shoes. Lime green polish is worn.

I was inspired by the nylon cover featuring Mary Kate. I knew i definitely wanted to play up the tartan print so I used the fingerless arm warmers. I was going for a grunge look again using layers. Even the hats would be layered with the tartan print hat underneath only peaking through slightly. The Grey Alexander Wang burn out t-shirt would be worn underneath the printed t-shirt, scarf over it. Shorts slightly baggy fit. The rest is self explanatory.

I saw the La Garconne trend board & agreed on knitwear being perfect for this fall/winter. I wanted to focus on the idea of cozy/comfort. I liked the idea of pairing knits with shorts, so here i have shown 3 different ways of wearing knits with shorts & the different styles/looks u can achieve by doing so. The left is more Alexander Wang inspired. I even used his shorts. This is more of a carefree look. Its like u got ready fast..didn't put loads of effort into your look but u still look amazing!!. Then for the 2nd look in the middle i was going for more of a preppy Ralph Lauren type vibe. The last look is more edgy and risky with the leather shorts and leopard print jacket in the back. The olive green band would be worn as a headband (not as a belt as listed in the title).
