Elegance - Space Mermaid Fantasy Fashion
I used a baby blue dress to resemble the ocean and then lots of iridescent pieces to resemble shells and the beach. I think the hat is a perfect way to top off this outfit and the beautiful jewelry from Space Mermaid.
