Saturday -- On a Saturday night, almost everyone has something (or someone) to do. If not, head down to the casino tonight during happy hour. Anyone up for a game of strip poker?
"Up for a game of strip poker?" I said to Ben and he laughed.
"Is that a rhetorical question?" He leaned down to kiss me squarely on the lips.
"Down at the casino, everyone's going to be there." I told him. Sure it would be fun, but it would also buy me a few hours to keep looking for any suspects at the casino.
"Sure." He said.
I grinned. This would be interesting. "Let me just go put on a few more layers."
"No fair!" Ben exclaimed.
"You get to see me all the time." I told him. "I don't want other people to, too."
He scowled at me but said nothing. I layered on a few shirts and a pair of leggings under my jeans. There.
We got to the casino and it was packed, which wasn't unusal. It was Gothem's biggest attraction. It had a few side rooms, and when I spotted Eliana in one with a huge group of people, I headed over.
"Hey Ellie!" I smiled at her, and she stood up to hug me. "How's Em?"
"Okay." She vaguely said, probably not wanting to talk about it here. "Excited for tonight?"
I laughed. "Definately."
"I see you, uh, got those layers on." She smirked. "Loser."
"Shut up!" I told her blushing. I wasn't modest the least bit, I just didn't feel like getting completely naked in ten minutes time. Plus I sucked at poker.
"Come in everyone." Someone shouted, starting up the game. We all took seats, and looked around anxiously. I hardly knew anyone besides Eliana and Ben, so I was nervous.
"Here we go, everyone." A guy about my age shouted.
"Wait." I told Ben, a shaky laugh coming from my lips. "I need a drink."
// a few hours later //
I laughed hysterically. I had way too much to drink, and I was losing the poker game. I striped another layer off, which left me in my bra and panties, which I found hilarious.
"Addison, I think you should go on home." Eliana, who was still wearing a tank top and shorts, told me.
"Nooo!" I exclaimed, trying to take another sip of my drink but she pulled it out of my hands. "Hey! Give that back!"
She just shook her head, and Ben grabbed my hand, pulling me up off the floor. People were staring, but I didn't seem to notice.
"C'mon, Addie. It's time to go." Ben said seriously.
"Ben, nooo." I begged. "Let's stay. It'll be fun."
"No, it won't. Let's go." He walked me out the door. I pouted, but agreed.
"Bye Ellie!" I giggled.
Once home, I threw up almost the second I walked through the door.
"Go to sleep." He told me, kissing my forehead. "You'll feel better in the morning."
"Lay with me?" I asked. I had a pounding headache, and I just didn't want to be alone.
He nodded, shedding what was left of his clothes. I snuggled up to him, trying to forget how stupid I had been tonight.
"I love you." I told him.
"I love you too." He said, planting a kiss on my lips.
