SO PISSED. For my last EE set, I wrote a really good story out, and when I pressed Publish, the story didn't publish. iwfjierfkowkefg. So annoyed. I don't feel like writing it again, so here's the rundown on what happened.
Yas was at the sleepover, and went into the kitchen to get another drink. Lily was there, getting something to drink as well. Yas notices Lily's bracelet, and wants to see it. Lily hands it to her, all smily. Mind you, Yas is /very/ drunk already, and accidently breaks it. The beads go all over, and Yas brushes it off, (naturally). However, Lily flips a sh*t, and grabs Yas's wrist, digging her nails into it. Once Yas asks what she's doing, and calls her psycho, Lily let's go, and acts like she's the one who messed up everything, and starts apologizing and stuff. Then Ro walks in, and Lily gives her attitude, and Yas just go's along with it, not knowing what to believe. Then Ro walks out, giving Yas a look like she knows what just happened. THE END.
Saturday: Another body found? Why yes that's right. Another girl has turned up dead. The body is unidentified but the detectives are investigating.
I'm sitting on the bench, going through my calender on my phone. Until I hear a soft clearing of the throat, and I turn my head up, to meet Cooper's eyes.
"Hey," I smile, patting the space next to me. He sits, getting comfortable. I slide my phone back into my pocket.
"How are you?" He asks awkwardly, looking down at his scuffed shoes.
"Fine. It's getting hotter out now," I say, flicking a piece of hair away from my face.
"Yasmin." He states, turning around slightly, to face me. I turn around too, looking into his soft brown eyes.
"Yes Cooper?" I ask, smirking. He looked so cute right now, like we were on a first date or something. He took my hands in his, and butterflies starting flying around in my stomach.
"Um, I wanted to ask you out." He pauses, "Like on a first date. I know you said you didn't want to go out with anyone, especially after Ben and everything." He rushes out, his cheeks flustering. "But I won't be all touchy and everything, if that makes sense, I just really like you Yas, and Clio said I should ask you out. And I know I'm not rich like your other boyfriends, I'm probably not good enough for you. But-" Before he could finish his speech, I leaned in quickly, and lightly kissed him on the lips, lingering slightly.
"Of course I accept," I winked, after we kissed. He grinned, kissing my right hand lightly.
"And what you said about not being rich like my other boyfriends, I honestly don't care about money. You mean much more to me than money." I told him, smiling. He breathed a sigh.
"So Clio set you up to this, huh?" I asked, raising a brow.
"Well, yes. Since we're really good friends and all." He shrugged, dropping my hands, and putting one around me as we sat side by side on the bench.
I leaned my head on his shoulder, feeling happier than I have felt for a very long time.
I guess Clio isn't as useless as I thought. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a flash of black hair. Flipping my eyes over there, I saw Noora for a second, one brow raised. And then she was gone.
Suddenly, Bijou came running out of no where, tears streaming down her face. I leapt up, as she ran over to me, enveloping me in a hug.
"Bi, what's wrong baby?" I asked, stroking her hair.
"Yas, they found another body!"
Then my heart dropped. We weren't safe here at Easton anymore.
