Shaman Tier 10: Frost Witch’s

I'm going to admit something, and say that i know hardly ANYTHING about tier sets. So if you guys request "sanctified/unsanctified/etc" i'm going to go running to my brother and go "they mean this one right?" So far, i've been correct, but the note i left myself on this one was "either or" so i went with one that wasn't as.. uh.. blue. Because i've done nothing but blue and purple sets lately, and i wanted something a bit more earthy.
