Since I've never seen this actress without make-up I'm tempted to say she has very distinctive eyes, but hesitate because it may be a make up effect. I've never seen make up applied quite like this and it makes her eyes look so cat like, it's almost eerie. Congrats for featuring such a unique and bold make up style.
