Patricia Urquiola designed the Clap chair for the Italian manufacturer Kartell. With Clap, the Spanish designed another armchair, which looks harmonic in different furnishings with its characteristic, soft and charming shape. The robust fabric makes the chair resistant and durable. Kartell produces the Clap chair with a polyurethane seat coated with the polychromatic melange fabric, since the manufacturer is a specialist for plastic furniture. The seat is made of thoroughly dyed thermoplastic techno-polymer, which is a treasure of modern industrial technique. The Clap armchair is available in all the Kartell colours.

The table top is also available in numerous transparent but covering colours. The Tip Top by Kartell is made of PMMA plastic. The table top is casted out of one piece and tightly connected with the base.

    La Bohème is a series of small stools that has been developed by Philippe Starck in cooperation with the Italian company Kartell. Several antique vases were used as examples for the graceful design of La Bohème. The filigree and fragile-look of the stool is realized by Kartell out of high quality plastic. Through the used polypropylene, the stool is extremely stabile and suitable as seat or as table equally, in the living room, garden, terrace or kitchen. With its elegant shape and the attractive material, the La Bohème stools are not only useful as furniture pieces, but also as decoration elements.     The Kartell Stone is a piece of design with simple shapes, but a really precious appearance: The unmistakable object is both, a side table and a stool and it was designed by Marcel Wanders. The Kartell All Saints mirror was designed by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba. The bribing mirror is available in transparent colours (crystal clear, tangerine, amber), metallic tones (chrome metallic, gold metallic) as well as in a chrome plated gold edition (ducat gold 24K).

    The series François Ghost by Philippe Starck includes rectangular wall mirrors available in two sizes and whose frame reminds us of welded glass.     Only Mei s a mirror made by Kartell, which focusses the user. It was designed by Philippe Starck. The Only Me mirror with simple, 8cm frame can be hanged horizontally and vertically. The mirror reflection of the viewer remains in the foreground, which is the reason why Philippe Starck concentrated on straight lines, but with expressive shapes because of the size of it. The frame of the Only Me mirror is made of transparent or thoroughly dyed PMMA plastic depending on the colour of it.     Kartell re-launches a big classic piece with the Comback rocker. This classic piece of furniture is the new look of the Windsor-Chair by the Italian manufacturer. The Comback rocker is the return into the glorious past of England of the 18th century, reinterpreted by the Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola. The backrest of the rocker by Kartell is made of seven tubes and it widens at the lover back, copying modern lumbar supports. There are vertical struts among them, which also carry the armrests of the classic rocking chair. All in one, Comback is a lush, inviting chair, where the seat unifies functionality and ergonomics with a lot of emotionality and tradition. The used plastic material and the selection of shiny colours make this chair modern and weightless. Comback is also available in all the Kartell offered colours, as well as swivel chair, with a four-leg frae or with runners.

    Papyrus is the modern version of a traditional wicker chair from the designer Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec. The refined design of the two French is realized by the Italian manufacturer Kartell in a transparent polycarbonate. Simplicity, exclusivity, grace and retrospectives melt together in Papyrus to a modern achetype of the classic wicker chairs. Despite the plastic material that Papyrus is made of, the chair plays with the construction and structure of a wicker chair with plaited seats and wooden frames: Behind the transparent seat from Papyrus hides a carrying structure that is lead through the curved surface of the backrest with its soft bowl form and that finally flows forming the frame. The classic design of Papyrus is contrasted by the used materials. The Italian company Kartell’s experience goes back to many years of manufacturing plastic furniture, now they decided to use transparent polycarbonate for the Papyrus chair. The painted metal frame serves as tray for a comfortable seat of PU foam, which reminds us of a tree, whereby the leaves are drawn by the quilting seams. The covers of the Kartell couch are made of pure new wool or of Trevira (100% polyester) and available in different colours, which are combined becoming original white, black or red legs. An armchair is available suiting the sofa of the Foliage series by Patricia Urquiola.

    The Spoon table is a weightless, foldable office or dining table; whose weight and the practicability make it special. The versatile table was designed by Antonio Citterio as well as the Spoon office chair and the Spoon barstool. The used materials make the table very innovative: Spoon’s table top is made of weaved aluminium ant it has a thickness of only 15 mm. The surface of the practical table by Kartell is made of white laminate, the edges of methacrylate and the bottom is coloured in order to emphasize the transparency. The legs are made of techno polymer and ensure resistance and aestheticism. The table by Kartell is folded with a knee lever, which makes the practicability even easier. The legs are fixed with an eyelet on a gate, without the need of further tools. Spoon table is therefore the perfect table for small, flexible rooms and it is easily portable. The table top of Spoon is available in three sizes (140 cm, 160 cm and 200 cm) and the coloured base and the edges are available in several combinations (white/white, white/orange, black/black).

The quality of the material and the sophisticated treatment let this glass lamp by Kartell become a very elegant piece. The foot is designed in a baroque style and is made of three decorated levels, which form a cross shape together. The lamp shade is pleated, so that wonderful light reflects are created when it is switched on. Thanks to the special mounting system of the shade, the lamp is adjustable in three heights. That's why Bourgie can be mounted in the wished height and later be changed. Bourgie has an even more individual character therefore and it can also be used as wonderful decorative lamp for tables or desks.

The single parts of the shelf can easily be connected with a plug-in system, creating thereby an infinite number of openings where the bottles can be placed in. The design of the Infinity wine rack was coined by Ron Arad. The shelf is delivered in a practical gift package with 16 single elements that can be connected individually. The shelf can be expanded whenever you want. Kartell offers Infinity in different colours. The single parts of the Infinity shelf consist of polypropylene. The robust plastic offers the necessary stability to the filigree design, to carry more bottles safely.

    Attila, Napoleon and Saint-Esprit are the three „gnomes' that can be used as side tables as well as stools. The three likeable figures by the designer Philippe Starck are a persiflage to garden gnomes that do not only ornament numerous gardens and front gardens in Germany. With all the humorous and likeable design details, the practical use of the gnomes hasn’t been forgotten: Attila holds a panel in the air, Saint-Esprit is a flatly sawed off log and the bonnet from Napoleon is flat and round so that each figure can be used as small side table or stool. Kartell manufactures the Gnomes out of lacquered, thermoplastic technical polymer. Attila, Napoleon and Saint-Esprit are therefore suitable for indoor and outdoor use, as well as their paragons, the garden gnomes. Besides their colourful variants also both gnomes Attila and Napoleon are available in a black and golden edition.

    The T-Table is the result of the meeting from Patricia Urquiola’s creativity and the technical know-how from Kartell. The small side table is branded by its three-leg frame and a table top that comes along elegantly and expressively with its omitted and filled areas. The pattern of the table top creates associations with classic stitching or the washed structures of a coral. Elegantly and full of poetical expression, the T-Table is a noticeable side table whose design wouldn’t have been realizable without the long-time experience from the Italian company Kartell. Kartell and Patricia Urquiola’s wish of creating innovative surfaces and new visual and tactile effects was behind the appearance of the T-Table. The challenge thereby was to offer the necessary stability to the holey design of the table. As a result of wide research in the technical area, Kartell finally manufactured the T-Table out of PMMA. PMMA (Polymethyl methacrylate) is a high quality material regarding its aesthetic and function. It is transparent, resistant and weatherproof; it offers the necessary stability to the holey design of the T-Table. Kartell offers its T-Table in three different heights and in numerous transparent and one opaque colour.

    An unexpected breeze makes the newspaper pages flatter. That was the creative inspiration for the Newspaper Rack Front Page that has been designed by the Swedish design-team Front for Kartell. The design from Front Page solidifies the flattering pages and embosses stylistically appealing and elegant small furniture with swung forms, whose deposit boards are opened in a smooth half-sphere. It is up to you to fulfil the empty pages from Front Side: Each opened 'page” offers space for newspapers, magazines or books. The swung borders of each compartment avoid the slipping away from the insert. Kartell manufactures Front Page out of polycarbonate and in several transparent and two opaque colours. The available colours are oriented by some of the most striking newspapers and journals, for example the red of the Times Magazine or the yellow from National Geographic.

    Bubble Club, the couch made of coloured polyethylene, is the first exponent of a new design concept: A totally made of plastic, "industrial couch". Technology and intensive research allowed Kartell as the first company to produce things whih were usually produced by hand in series in the category design. Bubble Club is a couch with a lot of space for tw persons, which is marked through soft lines of the armrests in comparison to the plain and rational lines of the backrests. Together with the armchair and the small table, which are available in the same versions and colours, forms Bubble Club by Kartell today a true product family, an "industrial couch furniture". Because of the eminent constancy against weather influences alll three elements of the product family Bubble Club can also be used in the outside.

    The Tiramirù retractable ladder from Kartell is a genius little three step ladder with an anti-slip surface. The lightness of Tiramisù’s frame form is its most important characteristic. Tiramisù gets a strong stand on the floor through the slightly bowed posts and the handle does not only serve as a robust holder at usage times, but also as a notably practical helper at its storage. Thanks to its special design, Tiramisù can be easily hanged at a wall. The light material, its practical closing mechanism and the formal elegance allow Tiramisù to act in every possible context. When the Tiramisù stool is folded, it has a depth of only seven centimeters, which means that it is perfectly storable, despite of its approx. One meter height.

It consists of four modules, four transparent, glossy circle-quarters in beam forms that are connected by viewable elements, which support the structures through clip connections. Panier is a container which is closed by a lid becoming a practical deposit space or a newspaper rack according to your demands. Panier consists of transparent polycarbonate and is available in different colours, it is practical, versatile usable and bribes with a pleasantly and playful whole image.

    Easy is a cylindrical pendant lamp from the Italian manufacturer Kartell that is characterized by the combination of transparent and translucent plastic. The vividly coloured design of the lamp originated from Pietro Ferrucio Laviani. Single or together with its sister in a group, the Easy Pendant Lamp astonished with its colours and light games and thousand reflexes that are captured by the material as soon as the lamp is switched on. The numerous colours and forms from Easy enable the composition of a colourful mixed lamps-group. The single pendant lamps additionally vary in their heights, because Easy can be suspended on a desired height between 48 and 223 centimetres. Easy runs with an energy-saving halogen illuminant. The bulb is in the lamp’s area that consists of slightly opaque plastic. That is how the illuminant cannot be seen directly from the outside and appears as direct light source. Beside the colourful variants out of polycarbonate, Kartell offers the pendant lamp Easy from Pietro Ferruccio Laviani in a chromed and a golden metal version.
