The Pinecrest Garden's "Green Market" is open every Sunday. The vendors come up from the Redlands to sell their organic produce, local bakers sell goodies, and there are cooks hawking delicious Bar-B-Q ribs and Caribbean conch fritters. It all happens under the shady Banyan trees, in the old parking lot of what used to be Parrot Jungle. Wild macaws and parrots still circle over head and wild peacocks strut about and utter their piercing cries. Its about as far from the Will Smith song as you can get, and yet, that's what makes Miami so unique and wonderful, all kinds of experiences and people mixed up in a tropical fruit salad!

I still have my little charms too! I was trying to figure out if there was an outfit for the three sisters or not...I guess I would choose the pink one!!! Welcome to Miami!

I like the way your clothing matched the tropical fruit at your market. I like the fruit bracelet too. Do you remember the little glass fruit charms we used to wear on a necklace chain?
