True to the Artek standards of simplicity, the Domino Coffee Table makes as much a statement today as when it was designed in 1954 by Ilmari Tapiovaara. The table arrives fully assembled in Oak or Walnut. The frame is solid wood with the top, backed by plywood and finished with an Oak or walnut veneer. The solid oak frame has an oak veneer top and the solid walnut frame has a walnut veneer top.
  • Normann Copenhagen Ding Table
    shophorne.com
Inspired by ancient three-dimensional wooden brain teaser puzzles, the German designers Ding3000 have created a simple coffee table that is assembled without the help of screws and tools. The table consists quite simply of three legs made from oak. When put together they constitute a sculptural knot that works as the base for an exclusive glass table top. When Ding3000 purchased the puzzles they immediately began to experiment and play with the shape and the puzzle's basic principle: three pieces of wood join together and lock themselves in a seemingly inseparable knot. During the process, it dawned on them that the form would make a perfect base for a table top. The legs are rounded off with chamfered edges, making the table stand sturdily on the floor and the round sheet of glass sit solidly on the base. The three legs seem to pierce through each other in an impossible way, and our intention is to draw attention to this almost magical detail. That is also why we have chosen a transparent top, so the table's key focus point is the joining of the legs. The Ding table is available with either a clear or smoked glass table top, and with a choice of three different types of legs, there is ample opportunity to find exactly the style that suits your furnishings and taste. For example, you can combine a clear glass table top with legs in natural for a clean and Nordic expression, or turn up the intensity with a smoked table top in bold coral-colored or striking black legs.
  • Decode Hatcham Table - Square
    shophorne.com
The Hatcham Table is the perfect partner to the Hatcham Chair. Like its distinctive partner, the Hatcham Table has a cast aluminum bracket that joins the solid oak legs to the oak veneer plywood top. The aluminum casting was produced by a foundry that was named Hatcham Ironworks and with a nod to the history of the design, the old foundry name has been added to the inside of the bracket. The bracket is available in the raw aluminum finish or in black, white or red. The solid oak legs and the oak veneered ply table top are available in natural oak, black stain, white stain or red stain. The bracket and wood colors can be mixed or matched to create a truly unique piece. Available in 2 sizes - Small - 28.3" W x 28.3" D x 28.3" H. Large - 36.2" W x 36.2" D x 28.3" H.
