taking requests now! comment below or request on our formspring!:))
so, i've been verbally bullied at school.. and ive only just started started doing something about it. so i'm here to help you..(:
-if it begins during the lesson, ignore the bullies! ignore them the best you can!
-if it gets worse, tell the teacher.
-if you feel like what they're are saying to you is going to bring tears to your eyes, leave! leave the classroom, so they don't see and assume you are weak.
-if they approach you, walk away. i repeat, walk away! if they follow you, just carry on walking. but if you happen to bump into a teacher, tell the teacher immediatly.
-if you're with your friends, just ignore them yet again. if they grab you, shake them off, and carry on in the conversation.
iF iT iS A GANG OF BULLiES+
-best idea is to ignore them all.
-walk away if they attept conversation.
-steer away from any contact with them. this makes it a whole lot worse.
-tell your friends. they will back you up.
iF iT iS AN iNDiViDUAL BULLY+
-if they one day randomly approach you and start mouthing off, walk away. that is the best option.
-if they follow, go to the nearest classroom and tell the teacher.
BEST PEOPLE TO TELL+
-you're friends. they'll back you up.
-you're head of year. if the teachers dont do anything, go there.
-head teacher. if the head of year doesn't do anything, tell them. they will listen!
-your family. they will sort it out once and for all!
-peer mentors. they are older students who have been selected to help younger individuals. they will listen.
iF iT DOES NOT STOP+
-repeat each of those steps. one day, it WILL end.
so.. i hope that's enough info.... i hope it helps!
