Christian Dior introduced the classic modern pencil skirt in the late 1940s. Go for a Casual and Sexy denim pencil skirt.
Long slim legs look great in a pencil skirt but since we’re not all born with a 36in inseam here are a few tips on how to draw out the VaVa Voom factor!
Full Figure Friendly – Regular waist or high waist to control the tummy area. Flat or no pockets help slim down the bottom half.
Full Figure Friendly - Dark denim washes provide professional sexiness without over emphasizing the VaVa Voom factor.
FFF - The correct tapering for waist to hemline is critical for successfully pulling off the pencil skirt. Fuller figures the hem should only be slightly tapered. Over tapering will give a the hips a fuller appearance which is ok if that’s what you’re looking for. Strong tapered hemlines are also more difficult to move around in. Strong tapered hemlines look most appealing on formal wear and dressier events.
