@lori972 - I would get a medium even if you're a bit smaller than me, it runs shorter, but works very well layered over a shirt. The sleeves are 3/4 - really like how the denim sleeves stick out, and left them unbuttoned and casual. Wore this most of the day yesterday and didn't want to take it off! This sweater will be much loved for years. Keep looking online, I saw a few this morning, but in different colors (but you probably did too :)
