Before his retirement in 2007, designer Valentino Garavani created feminine fashions, often in his signature crimson red. Recently, the design team of Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli has carried on Valentino's legacy, adding gilded studs to the bags and shoes, giving them a rock-and-roll edge.
